Just installed the Johnny Glock combat with flat face shoe on my 43x. I also got the striker assembly upgrade, its perfect with the yellow spring. Install was super easy, simple drop in.
Nice! I have his full combat trigger kit with the flat face shoe, plus his enhanced striker assembly in my G21. It is worth the money. The trigger is awesome.
I have Johnny Glock Customs enhanced striker and assembly with enhanced connector. Brake the edges on trigger bar and polished on my 43x. Extremely happy with the results.
I’ve gotten three trigger kits from him. All top notch stuff. They do exactly what he says they will do. They’re expensive, but worth it. I’d like to have them in all my Glocks. Thanks for the video my friend.
I threw in his combat trigger system on my Glock 19X, and glad I did. Not sure why everyone was always recommending the Apex. For anyone that hasn’t watched any of Johnny Glocks vids, the man is passionate as hell about his triggers.
It's really a totally different level of performance in his systems where others are designed a little bit less aggressive but still better than factory
They recommend apex because it’s top quality one of the only after market triggers that a lot of police forces are aloud to use, that says a lot considering there not aloud any after market parts on there duty fire arm. I’ve got an apex trigger and connector and love it never had a Johnny Glocks part would be open to try it forsure
I've had crazy good results with Ranger Vex Shoe and Overwatch precision minus connecter.... definitely planning on getting me a full Johnny Glocks trigger job Sunday soon but for like a third of the price it's a pretty damn good combo especially in shadow systems That's really all I use it in.
Beautiful. Been chatting with ya about exactly this! I’ve got a g45 that I’m all geeked out on. Made it a black 19x clone with the Glock +2’s on all the mags with the lanyard ring behind em. Did the maritime cups as well. Looking at a SilencerCo threaded barrel for it and most likely the JG’s combat trigger system with vex shoe and striker for gen 5 is about $280.
Which JG trigger are you recommending for carry? I have G43x MOS currently stock and I was thinking of buying the JG Evolution X with striker..do I need the Vex shoe upgrade to metal or the one that JG comes with good enough? Thanks! Chris
I might have to make the splurge one of these days. I've spent a lot of time tuning my triggers on my p80 builds. I've eliminated that issue by using Gen 5 lower parts. I'd love to experience this contrast.
I hated my 43x trigger. The safety blade didn’t go all the way in so with the serrated trigger it felt like pulling the trigger on the edge of a butter knife after shooting a box or two of ammo. Installed the $22 Johnny Glock smooth trigger shoe. Problem fixed. Don’t even notice the safety blade now. Hardly any pre-travel. No more Glock slop. Feels just like the excellent trigger on my Gen 5 19 now. (How the 43x should have been in the first place)
So which 43 trigger is your favorite ? I saw your video on the factor one as well and I’m trying to make a decision. Which one would you like the most for concealed carry? I like how Johnny glocks is a full kit, the factor and apex are just shoes and connectors, where as this and the overwatch are a full kit, and in my opinion they look better. Factors look good too. I’m torn !!! Please help lol
For the money the best values for performance are going to be overwatch and factr if you wanna go hog wild and spend 2x as much Johnny Glocks trigger are crazy good.
I’ve considered buying a trigger from Johnny, but I know a couple people personally that have had issues. One had an issue with them not exchanging/fixing a malfunction trigger. The other has been waiting on a trigger for a year and is having problems getting in contact with anyone to resolve this. I think I’ll stay with my Apex kit for now.

Shoe geometry is what can determine a lot of the performance on movement when doing a trigger. How much depends on how aggressive the other shoe is in comparison.
Phenomenal video and content my man. Love my Johnny Glocks triggers in my 34 and 17 and waiting for my Timney to show up so I can add his combat conversion that is already sitting on my work bench.
Been shooting stock Glocks for decades & just ordered Johnny's EDC Evolution trigger for my 48 MOS . Be interesting to see the difference but like you said I'm going to shoot it a lot before carrying it.
Dude when will timney make a trigger for Glock 48? I have the Johnny Glock kit but I’m running a zev 2lb striker spring. Surprisingly I never had a light strike lol
I run these Johnny Glocks Evolution X triggers exclusively all my Glocks aside from the G44 because I'm not dumping $300+ on a .22LR trainer gun. For the rest of you Johnny Glocks fans, check out his Vex trigger shoe upgrade, which has replaced the flat-faced trigger shoes. It's a huge upgrade in trigger shoe feel, in my opinion.

Hey Danny this trigger is next level but its also 2x as expensive as say overwatch. I love this trigger but its on the extreme end of performance. Most are really happy with overwatch or something along that lines this is for the person who prefers a more competition weight and short pull.
I have Jonny Glock trigger's and it's the only trigger to put in a Glock hands down. You pay for what you get and he dose not send something that we'll disappoint . I wish he made trigger's for my sig's as well . I like my pull around 3.5 but if it's one that maybe shoot for protection by someone else. Then 4.5 or 5 is my Max .I don't have a problem with light and short . Because after having someone scream at you about putting your finger on the trigger before you shoot and haveing to run if you do . You pick up finger control fast .
Hey Sir, and what about only replace connector and trigger spring on a stock gen5 trigger (like ghost rocket kit), have you had any experience on that? Is it worth or just polishing is it enough?
replacing the spring and connector will give better performance but will not get anywhere near what Johnny glocks can.. The cast and stamped parts in these from the factory are just not he best quality. There is a lot ruff edges and un even surfaces that contact. Johnny has videos showing all of the surfaces to work for a much better feel and performances.

How is the Swampfox optic compared to a Holosun?
The holosun is a bit better overall with the LED refresh rate.. I'd go holosun
Johnny is the glock trigger professor !!!
That he is.
You are doing an amazing job!
Thank you RPM
Not a Glock fan, but those look like nice triggers. Great as usual Mike!
These are triggers non glock fans could appreciate
Good Morning Mike/ I had a question I have a DDM4 with a quad rail system & I'm looking for a light mount like the Arisaka for my Surefire X300. The mount would need to attach on the Quad Rail & have a Pic attachment on top for the X300, do you have any suggestions? Have a Greet Day, GOD Bless & always be
You Know What. P.S. Keep the Pezz a Fly'n 👈😎👉
Arisaka has a angled offset for pic rails that attaches to surefire scout pattern lights. It puts the light in between the too and side rails
@@TacticalConsiderations Mike I have that one on an MLOK with the Pic attachment on top. What I'm looking for is one that can attach to a Quad Rail with a pic attachment on top. Arisaka doesn't have that type I've talked to them about it. I was wondering if you might know another company that might. Have a good day.
That I don't know man.
@@TacticalConsiderations Thank Mike, taken care till next time
How would you rate this to apex tactical?
Apex is a duty trigger this is a totally different design and weight. far more aggressive .
Will he sell the Timney trigger complete with the upgrade?
At this time due to demand he is not.
Who makes the hat you are wearing?
The updated hats are located at my merch store. bit.ly/3aFdCN6
@@TacticalConsiderations I just check the store but I didn’t see the hat.
I see you standard hat but not the crossed arrow and lightning bolt.
Well damnit. I got the Johnny Glocks Combat trigger with Vex shoe for my 23. Now I’m disappointed in my stock Walther PDP trigger. Definitely not an insult to Johnny…
LOl Johnny is the man.
Indeed. I thanked him for ruining my feelings for my PDP. He seemed pleased with himself. lol
Review starts at 3:20
Cool story
You still using the oem magazine release button
yup.
I really want to know more about that Timney. I need to take my MR920 to a gunsmith to get the slide back together.
Video soon
What’s wrong with your MR920?
Looks like a great upgrade, might need to do the same on my G19!
Go for it!
I run his triggers on every glock i have.. own 10… They are the best..
He is the man when it comes to glock triggers.
What kit is in the Glock 43 x
Johnny glocks custom carry.
@@TacticalConsiderations it’s the combat right not the competition
Can u do a review of the JG trigger with the new vex shoe?
If he sends one out yes.
@@TacticalConsiderations cool. i asked him to send u one, he said he would so we will see.
Great video!
Thanks man
Johnny glocks.........simply the best ....PEROID
They are great
I have this same setup, including striker kit... "all out the box" changes the world...I am a hardcore glock guy, triggers were a way of life...but not anymore...this thing feels like my customs 1911 ..which is saying a TON for a Glock package.. Its very pricey but by the time the buy the gun, optic, holsters...your really doing yourself a disservice by not spending the next 370$ for a totally new feel.
Its an amazing trigger for sure. He is a savant of triggers.
@@TacticalConsiderations or you could stop being a Glock fanboy and buy a gun with a good trigger from the factory! $380 that’s a joke! Unless he’s polishing your “knob” too!
