You really outdid yourself in this video! I especially liked the second house, even the green paint! The new owner DOES need to rebate the asbestos ceiling tiles in the green room, but hanging sheetrock is an easy job for a DIY fan.

On the third one I would take out those dropped ceilings. We did it at my son’s house and those tall ceilings make a big difference.
