The Best HAMBURGER Meatloaf Dinner for 2 to 4 Instant Pot or oven friendly!

I found this recipe in a church group cookbook. But is it really the best hamburger recipe? And, can I make it into a meatloaf? I take you along, step by step and we cook it in an Instant Pot (3 quart). Be sure to like, comment and subscribe, Vickie ~ Thrifty Recipes
Best Hamburger Meatloaf INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Egg
2 Tab. Chili Sauce (or double)
1 tsp dried minced onion OR 1/3 to 1/2 cup diced onion
1 tsp Horseradish Sauce (or double)
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Salt
dash of Pepper
1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs (or plain)
SAUCE: 2 Tab Ketchup adn 1 Tab Brown Sugar (packed)
INSTRUCTIONS IN VIDEO
Cook in Instant Pot on Pressure Cook for 30 minutes. Let cool down naturally or after 10-14 minutes, quick release the pressure value from sealing to venting "per instruction booklet."

Oven instructions: 375 deg for 40-45 min.
