- Second annual gathering of like minded canoeist in Woodland Caribou Provincial Park near Red Lake, Ontario Canada. This year five paddlers in five solo canoes traveled together from Royd Lake to the Lund Lake access.
Maybe it's me, but it seems us older folks tend to look at the sunset & take a walk down memory lane. Every time I see one I remember setting on the back porch of my grandmother's house as a kid & the memories that it brings.
magnificent country What a Trip indeed
Thanks for bringing us along! Good sights and close friends! Great combination !!

Looks like great times lads!
Beautiful trip. Can there be a better way for friends to enjoy one another's company?
Cheers,

freaking awesome!
Thanks, good friends having a nice trip together.
I will get there some day.
The canoe you used on your Woodland Caribou trip. What is it made of. I noticed it's almost see through. Is that type of canoe expensive?? Thanks for your time. Best videos I have ever seen on you tube. Keep up the good no the great work you do. Joe W
Woodland Caribou is near Red Lake, Ontario. The canoe is kevlar skin coat, the lightest way to go. That canoe on the 2012 weighed 33 pounds. New ones are very expensive, $2000 plus.
great story about the cabin and your time there, are you still going there ? are you going to so more videos ?
great place to be . thanks
Luv the photos, but the background music killed me, couldn't finish the whole vlog...perhaps using actual nature sounds would've been SO much better. Cheers!
These were a lot of pictures and video with no good background sound to use so I went with the music but rarely do that in my videos. Natural is so much better. I usually have to turn the sound off to enjoy a lot of posted videos.
