Just a few concerns. You mentioned oil for cooking, and said even Canola oil. That oil is very unhealthy, GMO, and inflammatory in the body. Lets forget canola oil!! The fish looked amazing! However, I believe she said it was Talapia. That is also an unhealthy fish. Comes from warm waters, and has Omega 6's ,(inflammatory) versus Omega 3's.(anti-imflammatory) Always choose wild caught fish from northern waters (cold waters)! These fish contain Omega 3's. Other than those two concerns, the presentation and ease of cooking the fish this way was excellent!

What did he show to make an easy quick meal an 80 year old could easily buy, prepare and cook and clean up? He didn't prep that meal so I must have missed it. This is just a cook book promo.
I must say, that while I can appreciate what you did, however, I must also point out that you were totally unorganized. You ran around that kitchen like a chicken with it’s head cut off. If not for the prep work that was done, you would have been an embarrassment to your profession. And on an even higher note , your most serious offense was that you totally cross contaminated everything that you prepared, at no point did you appear to wash your hands nor switch out or sanitize the cutting board, and yet you served it to those people. I can only hope that they didn’t fall ill to your lack of culinarily etiquette hygiene indeed.
