I have the same strips they are basically "ebay strips" and nothing will make them turn that military green color for 8 and nine. They make brighter greens so the chart is useless after about 6. also light passing through the strips changes the color or if put on a dark vs light surface.
Considering the paper is yellow to begin with, this does not look good. The ph strips I have are two dots on a white strip, I think that might be more accurate. The yellow may putting a caste to the color. Good video anyway, helped me a lot, thumbs up.
there are "short range" strips that can test a narrower band of PH, for instance 0.5-5.0 in 0.5 increments.
If the accuracy is to .5 or so, you are doing fine for most applications.
Good experiment 💧😄👍

So, they’re low quality testers? I bought those

Would you recommend those cause I need to have pH papers but I am not sure which one to buy
No, I use these pH papers. amzn.to/3e1b5B6
(the ones I had in the video were given to me free, but they weren't very good,)

What brand of ph strips are you using?
I'm not sure if there even is a brand on those.
