It's nice to see what the post storm was like outside of the city area as I'm in Fredericton, even the city had minimal damage most broken branches at most.
Stay safe and dry! Hopefully won't have to deal with this much water for a while, but it does seem we are getting more extreme swings of weather over the last 20 years than we did in my first 30+ years.
OMG, I thought that hurricanes didn't often make it as far north as Canada, but it looks like with climate change, these are more common. Are you getting 2 hurricanes yearly? I am glad everything is OK. Take care Penniac Family!
Glad you did well through the storm! We got hit, but not as bad as we did during Hurricane Arthur. That is the worst one I recall for us in the not so distant past.
I think we had more wind down here at the coast, but maybe not as much rain? Lost power Sun noontime until Mon 0430 hrs. Weird that we lost it for a few hours Sat while i was work, then it returned Sat suppertime, but lost again Sunday. Probably repair related. Glad you fared well!
Hola amigo, me alegro que todo esté bien. La verdad es que está todo empapado, cuánta agua, nos vendría bien algo de esa agua por aqui 😅. Saludos y gracias por compartir....
If you lay old carpet over the soft spots in your driveway and cover them with gap 40 roading metal it will give you traction regardless of weather conditions
Great video ! Woods road. Tote road. Skidder road. Definitely northeast terms. Lol. Love em all being that’s where we live our lives. Lol. Wasn’t a fun storm but definitely could’ve been so much worse ! Don’t think I’ve told you but I sold our house in the capitol and moved to camp about 2 months ago now. And loving it !! Glad to see all is well with you my friend !
I didn't know that you'd moved to camp! Good for you. How are you making out? Ha, I probably use all sorts of East Coast sayings and don't even realize it. Tote road seems unique to Maine, we don't use that one much up here. But the others we sure do!
It looks like you were spared flooding in your cabin at least!! Very good you thought to move the truck a ways up the road! I hope your community fared well also. Blessings,
Be safe sir
glad you are safe
Glad you are safe...Steve Wallis is fine too
Stay safe and take care
Wow, that’s quite a bit of water, especially looking at your shower! All things considered, you’ve faired well, thanks for the update!
I'm a new subscriber to your Channel 💚 Thanks for sharing !

Wow...scary!

I hope not either! We had a tropical storm just recently but it was mostly wind, fortunately. Hope all is well down there with you
How close the cabin and how close the stream came up looks scary! Glad everything worked out for y'all!? Good to hear from you, JB. 😁
Don't know why people build right next to and level with a river.

Every now and then we get one and occasionally they really do some damage way up here!
Glad you and the cabin are okay. Here on Cape Cod we did well. Windy with a little rain. It changed course and that saved us. Stay safe✌️🇺🇸

Man id try to get some loads of 2B limestone on that property. I stone everything at my cabin.
New to your channel, lots of water, hope it recedes soon. Stay safe~!
I'm so glad you are all good. Thanks for the update 😊
As always people build to close to rivers or on low flood land
Howdy brother- glad you made it through safely and are ok. Take care and God bless
Much appreciated, we were all nervous for what it would bring, but in the end it was not nearly as bad as it could have been.

I’m a new subscriber…from central east coast of florida. Looks like white water rafting time up there.
Thanks for joining! I've kayaked the stream a few times, the rafting idea sounds fun too!

All on all it could have been a lot worse, but some folks were impacted for sure. Thanks for your care 🙏
