    I've been dealing with some bad dust allergies while staying at a relatives house and this helped so much. I'll set an alarm to do it again in a few hours!!

    I've followed you for a few months for the qigong exercises. Thank you. Have found them so beneficial.
    Have covid at mo, was very congested in my face and throat yesterday. Did these exercises and immediately got relief.

    Hi Kseny, I find these facial exercises so relaxing I forget where I am with counting.....does it matter too much ?
