I totally agree sa pag-HUGAS ng bigas kelangan mabawasan o mawala yung starch ng bigas na nakalimutan ko na usually hinuhugasan ko 2 to 3 times lang kelangan malinaw pala talaga PERO ngayon ko lang MAS naintindihan na yun ang dahilan kaya nagdidikit dikit ang bigas habang sinasaing. im binge-watching ninong ry's vids, and it's amazing how he discusses that matter 7:33, it's a pretty wise observation. I highly respect the way he said this, "dinedepensahan ko ba siya? siguro.. kasi ayokong nakakulong tayo sa iisang technique lang, sa iisang recipe lang, ang dami-daming pwedeng gawin eh, ang dami daming methods...." First video ko to sa channel mo pre, ang galing! Ang ganda nung balance mo ng humor, and pag-educate at halo ng encouragement. Personally, pinaka-naenjoy kong part ay yung reasoning mo why you do a certain thing. Such as mixing/agitation would actually release more starch, hence mas dikit-dikit na rice which I personally prefer if hindi fried rice nga naman. So if u want buhaghag then reduce starch, if u want dikit-dikit then yun. Thank you, I learned alot!!!

Nag work ako na waiter sa chinese restaurant tapos tuwing close between 4-6pm, ginagamit ko yung kusina para practice.. Ang naituro sakin “Egg muna then pag naluto na, lagay yung green peas at ham at lagyan na rin ng asin at msg. Toss then lagay na yung rice at hihiwahiwalayin nalang.” Yan yung first na natutunan ko na method. Natatakot ako mag add ng iba pang ingredients baka pumangit lasa pero nung nakita ko tong video ok lang pala na mag add ng iba kaya next time susubukan ko tong 3 methods hahaha

First video ko to sa channel mo pre, ang galing! Ang ganda nung balance mo ng humor, and pag-educate at halo ng encouragement. Personally, pinaka-naenjoy kong part ay yung reasoning mo why you do a certain thing. Such as mixing/agitation would actually release more starch, hence mas dikit-dikit na rice which I personally prefer if hindi fried rice nga naman. So if u want buhaghag then reduce starch, if u want dikit-dikit then yun.

Nag work ako na waiter sa chinese restaurant tapos tuwing close between 4-6pm, ginagamit ko yung kusina para practice.. Ang naituro sakin “Egg muna then pag naluto na, lagay yung green peas at ham at lagyan na rin ng asin at msg. Toss then lagay na yung rice at hihiwahiwalayin nalang.” Yan yung first na natutunan ko na method. Natatakot ako mag add ng iba pang ingredients baka pumangit lasa pero nung nakita ko tong video ok lang pala na mag add ng iba kaya next time susubukan ko tong 3 methods hahaha
