My Instagram Got Hacked 2022/ How I Got My Hacked Instagram Account Back No Email, No Phone Number

My instagram account got hacked and I wasn't able to get back in for a week! The hacker changed my email and my phone number so I was unable to receive and email and text to change my password in log in. Additionally my phone did not show the little blue link below the log In section that says "Need More Help" so I was unable to do a video selfie for a couple of days. My best recommendation is to NOT give up, keep trying even if they deny you access to your account. Here are the links to the videos that helped me:
