When going through the steps you mentioned Instagram asks us for a previous email or phone numbere, I provide the previous email, they then ask for a 6 digit code that was sent to it, I provide that, then they ask for 6 digit number from my 2FA (I never had a 2FA setup), so I get stuck there and do not reach the point where I can do the video. What are we supposed to do here?

Yesterday I was deactivated and I can't send appeals coz it said user id not found they told me to send pics of me holding a code. I did that 4 times and they sent me an email saying it's been disabled for going against terms. I don’t how long have to wait before my account get reactivate,keep waiting until someone recommended me to the above name and he was able to get my account fixed within a short time with a little charges

When going through the steps you mentioned Instagram asks us for a previous email or phone numbere, I provide the previous email, they then ask for a 6 digit code that was sent to it, I provide that, then they ask for 6 digit number from my 2FA (I never had a 2FA setup), so I get stuck there and do not reach the point where I can do the video. What are we supposed to do here?
