I know that's right. My life doesn't run on favors, my life runs on income😂😂
Facts on facts !!!
This happened to me at a previous job. I got required to work Saturdays out of the blue when my contract said Monday to Friday. Turns out many other team members had been working Saturdays as their contracts stated so but they complained about mine. I said no. They said I should do it out of solidarity for my co-workers and I said it would have to be through a new contact and compensated as per my hourly rate. They said they would get back to me with an answer and I never spoke about it again with them. 😅
And never got looked for
A promo
Ever again. Nice game of checkers
Okay shitty boss person that likes to wrongfully demand the things of people.@dwill9256
Keep the voices of the originals.
If we could all be like this these corporations wouldn’t be able to suck the life out of people
@@salmoncrunchz1260no we wouldn’t! However, we wouldn’t have such a huge wealth disparity gap due to corporate greed!
This is a beautiful channel.😍
The Irs need to see the BULL POO WE GO THROUGH 😂😠
They told my father to train someone in his senior inspector role for manufacturing so he stopped inspecting everything and started training.
The boss came out and was like OMG WE HAVE NOTHING INSPECTED!?
My father said nope my boss said to train.
The owner tore the boss a new poopoo hole.
It happened again when the boss put my dad to clean/5s his own work station, the owner came by and saw my overpaid father sweeping the floors with a big smile 😂
Damn Right !
I've been asked to train a lot of people. If I'm going to work with this person I want them to do a good job. In my line of work I not only want them to do a good job. They NEED to be very good.
A favor? 😅 Good luck getting that favor back
Right... do it in real life and you will get the boot in no time. It is a lot easier to just tell the manager that "I won't be able to finish all my tasks if I have to allot time for a training".
all these copycats.. do people really carry bills in their purse? how convenient
I love Veronica 😂
Training someone who is just starting is usually just part of the job unless your job is actually training people. I don't think it requires addutional compensation. Maybe designate some workload if you need to.
You stole this content
Savage
I love this 😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂
Hey! That's not the original, WTF?
Don’t copy Veronica and change the voice…..
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Training people is usually given to a senior person who is not a manager but has potential to become a manager. Odds are the person who trained you did not receive additional comp therefore why would you? This attitude also depicts a person who is not a team player and seems entitled. All bad labels to have next time there needs to be a RIF. So by all means, have a bad attitude, someone will gladly do your job. 😅
I agree with all but the water and lights. That’s just wasting resources that everyone needs. But the other 4.??? It’s your house bud
Yea, right, if u do this to an employer, they will eventually get rid of you. If u act like this to a company, you better have all your ducks in a row. I'm just saying.
People with this attitude get “let go”
Check contract. I'd fire her on the spot and hire someone else completely just for her response. She has the right to express herself and receive compensation. Ask to continue this conversation. Find a proper way to discuss. You should go back and review job description first. An employer could ask an employee of a "favor" when it is in someone's job description. It appears as it isn't. I'm sure it is highly expected for professionalism. She didn't give employer time to respond about her regular duties.
