Good stuff, Gaijin and Darkflow. 👍 There are some additional things I'd love to see implemented for aircraft to improve the experience: -Friendly plane markers within the 3D game world as well as on the map/mini-map. -Ability to spot enemy aircraft. -Ability to take manual control of gunner positions. -Ability to set MG/cannon convergence distance. -Ability to set bomb fuse time and rocket detonation distance (separately for different types if the plane can equip more than one). -Suspended armament and MG/cannon belts selection (limited to what each plane was historically capable of being equipped with). -Ability to select specific suspended ordnance for use while in-mission (i.e. if your plane is equipped with multiple types of rockets, or multiple types of bombs). -X-ray and armor view functionality in the hangar. -Option to disable auto-roll for pointer controls. -Stable flight control when using a controller/flight stick (planes bounce, wobble, and drift _A LOT_ right now, making it impossible to do anything). Also, I have a few questions. Is the E13A going to get it's missing 3rd crewman? There is a variant of the P-47 in-game that erroneously has air brakes equipped (I don't remember which). Will it be corrected? And what about the planes currently labeled in-game as the _"FP-3",_ _"AP-1",_ and _"U-2"?_ I'm pretty certain they're actually the F4F-3 Wildcat, TBF-1C Avenger, and Po-2 respectively.
there are friendly plane markers aka the blue triangle over their plane, also you could just get better at recognizing planes as planes aren't that hard to tell apart
@@DontStealMyNoEffortName They don't always display within the game world, and there should be an aircraft specific marker akin to the ground vehicle markers. They typically don't show up on the map/min-map, either. Recognizing aircraft is easy, but at long range, it's a different matter.

I just wish there was a way to see exactly where the bombs landed in the training map because it’s hard to tell if you hit where you wanted or not. Great video tho! Wonder what you will teach us next
I would personally suggest not slowing down to much in a dive. The rearming zone isn't that far and the more speed you have the faster you can bomb again. The bombs are still going to be very accurate, you just need to keep in mind that you need to pull up early enough. Also there will likely be enemy air occasionally and slowing down takes away most of your ability to defend yourself and makes you a sitting duck. This is mostly from my moscow experience. With faster planes later on you might want to slow down more. If allies are not spotting targets I found it to be useful to have a slightly less sharp angle on dives where you have to spot targets first. It allows for easier adjustments during the dive and gives a bit more time with how low you can get before having to pull up.
as a warthunder player for years when I came to Enlisted back in the early access beta, I've committed mass devastation with bombs in this game, especially using the good old stuka
they must've changed something since the beta. I have 750h in War Thunder beeing a good bomber and attack plane and it works radically different in this game.
@@sergivega8291 feels like it works the same to me,if you are familiar to realistic ground forces in warthunder it's basically the same except you get in-air reloads, planes like the Ju 188 with it's 6x250kg bombs can be devastating, especially if you have a competent team who knows how to mark enemy tanks
It is problematic when enemies use a lot of cover. Otherwise you can spot gunfire around the cap and target there. Unless you're using a 12 in screen...
If you need markers from allies then is better to spend more time playing infantry, once you properly know the map you can bomb and get 10+ kills for each travel easily. People on ground are usually too busy being useful attacking and defending to have to spot for a newbie pilot as well.
One thing that I find really annoying about attack aircraft is the fact that the defences against other aircraft aren't really that effective. I mean sure there's a lot of fire power in attack aircraft, which is why I prefer them over five aircraft, seeing as they have less armament, but usually I get shot down when the enemy is usually attack from the below.
Some unorthodox techniques for a figher-bomber (works great for fighters but may not work for slow bombers): 1. High speed shallow dive. After hitting a resupply start diving at the center of the map and keep yout throttle at max. You want 450+ kmph at the bomb release point. The bomb doesn't fall behind your nose, you can achieve an extreme level of precision and you have a lot of energy for a dogfight above the battlefield after a drop. On the other hand, you won't have time to spot ground targets, so you better use it when there's a marked enemy tank/gun position/you know a location where'd be a lot of infantry 2. Low speed shallow dive. Everything mentioned above, but cut your throttle and aim at 300-350 kmph at the release point. The bomb will fall below your nose, but you'll have some of time for spotting tracers. Precision isn't as high as in method 1 and you are pretty vulnerable for enemy fighters 3. Everything mentioned in method 2 but instead dropping a bomb you do a low pass to spot stuff, find a place where you want to drop a bomb, than go vertical, wait until your speed drops below 300, extend your flaps, hold s to turn around, cut the throttle and bomb at the steep angle. Extended flaps and low speed will help you pull out of dive. This technique gives you a lot of spotting time, but hitting from a vertical dive is hard and it leaves you super vulnerable for enemy fighters/aaa fire With little practice all these techniques will allow you to have a bomb dispersion less than 10-15 meters, while maintaining great situational awareness
Someday it will be possible to use more than two planes and more than two tanks in combat?, and will it be possible to have the option of solo combat within a squad battle?
