I'm glad you put rally points first. That's honestly the single most important predictor for who wins and loses. When I lose it's almost always because we didn't have enough rallies to keep the pressure on the other team.
I have one big _don't_ for (not only) new players. Don't build rally points at your camping spots - if you play as a sniper squad and you have a good camping spot, don't build a rally point there to get there easier.A lot of people will use that rally and (especially if your spot is on top of a building or in other place that's hard to get to) the squad AI will get trapped there. You can loose your team a match that way. It also applies to _overfortifying_ your rally points with sandbags - placing one or two sandbag walls is OK if the rally is in the open, but not more really, and not necessarily right next to the point - not only these walls make the rally more visible (they're a big indicator that something is going on there) but again, they'll trap the AI soldiers, sometimes loosing your team an objective or a whole match.
I was guilty of over fortifying now im just an asshole placing hedgehogs and barbed wire down in front of doors the players that get around it usually have 1ap mine to deal with sometimes teammates catch on and place their own ap mines down lol still not as toxic as digging fox holes on the bottleneck areas where allied tanks have to get through on normandy tho
Idk I’ve helped win matches sorrounding the point and putting a machine gun encampment. I got best engineer so that counts for something and I did the bad thing I wasn’t supposed to do lol
I am an infantry main in this game. One good strat which I have found is that you need to equip those event swords on your engineers. Shovels are definitely useful but quite situational, an axe can only do so much and same also goes for the bayonet. But the sword lets your engineer to move at an incredible speed and build those nice flanking rallies. Plus give a flask to all of your troopers. They let you run with max stamina for a long while.
•Angling your tank will increase your survivability, especially if it's a box. 20-30° should be fine, don't overangle your box and expose your side flat on. •If you hate jumbos and they're angled, shoot their front sprocket, or cupola. If you think you're a good shot, hit the gun barrel. If it's right ahead of you, the mg port or cupola is definitely an easy kill (even the pz3 short 75 can pen the mg port in short range, so don't be afraid). •Panther's mantlet is weak, don't let your overconfidence in it's armor deceive you. (especially against russian) • Know where a bunch of people is but they're behind cover? Send a HE round above/besides them, that should do the trick. •T34's front plate is tougher than you think, aim for the turret ring/cheeks. •Hide between tall trees/buildings when you're in a tank, helps dealing with CAS. If the infantry have a hard time spotting you, so is their CAS. •IS will slap you in the face, but if they mess their shot, or just shot at infantry, they're harmless, make your shot counts. •T28 is a pinata, just shoot the main turret to make it harmless for your tank. •T50 is the bane of german armor in moscow, shooting the turret ring or the cupola is your best bet to disable (not kill) it until you have the big boy's 75mm. •Fireflies, 76's, 85's, and 122's can and will destroy your big cats if you get spotted first, mind your surroundings like the tip in the vid. 75's and below are rarely a threat to the big cats, especially at long range. (im referring to tigers and panthers) •Early pz3/4 armor is terrible, don't soak hits, even HMG can hurt you. Yes, i am a german armor main, i love wrecking overconfident jumbos and IS. But planes seems to hate me.
just to add, the pz III n is unreliable against anything past light tanks, the long 75 can easily punch an unangled t34's lower plate (don't shoot too low or the transmission will get in the way, and the STZ has extra armor so know the difference between normal and STZ), the firefly and Sherman 76 (the M4A1 variant) have powerful guns, but pitiful chassis armor, which is a major weakness to anything above a 50mm from even the front. If you can shoot first, you should win. The IS is kind of the same story but the armor is a bit more reliable. The Tiger E is easily taken care of by even T34 D5T's so angle, the Tiger II is the god tier offbreed combining the Tiger I's firepower with the Panther's sloped armor, use it, use the KV1 it's invincible, and people that don't play War Thunder will find trouble to kill it (excluding Dicker Maxes) allowing you to use your mostly reliable gun to easily kill them, and don't challenge a T70 with your pz III J, you will lose, don't underestimate the BT7 Art the F32 cannon is a murderous killing machine, falling in line behind only the T34s and KV1 (if you couldn't tell I play a lot of Stalingrad and Berlin), and finally the T34 1941 is useless if you already have the STZ as it's the literal exact same minus 15mm armor plates scattered about. One more thing: never forget, German Stalingrad's armor stands no chance against any Sov that's lvl 14+ with enough common sense to use the KV1
Lol this is gold. I played as Soviet armor for a long time. Always loved the T-34. Recently switched to Germans because I love their armor too and O. M. G. The historical accuracy (and frustration) of facing a T-34 is no joke... That sloped armor is a life saver.
I would advise new players to test the vehicles they unlock in practice before taking them into battles, specially planes. Also, practice taking out tanks with planes, some of them can be very strong when used correctly and can help get rid of those pesky gray zone campers.
I just drop the bombs 100 meters away from target around 100/300-400 alt, I just guess and it always work, I just use the objective marker as distance reference for targets locating.
SO IT'S POSSIBLE. Please if you see this can you tell me how to try planes? Yesterday i was trying to try a plane in the training area but there wasn't any plane and i do not know which one to unlock first.
@nicolacosentino5042 If the plane comes with a squad you can go to the squad info tab of it in the tech tree and click on "try out squad", otherwise you need to have it unlocked and equipped on a squad
Blind enemy tanks with molotovs or flamethrowers, smoke is not your only option! Molotovs can also be used to cause fire in the engine bay on light and medium tanks, but they must land on the vents of the engine bay for this to work, it also takes a fair bit of time to actually be substantially damaging. If you see an MG nest that points towards your team's spawns or needed routes of advancement, destroy it, doesn't matter if anyone's using it, just prevent it from being used at all. Heavy tanks can be exceptionally hard to destroy even with explosive packs, land mines, and bombs, they are weakest from the top of the turret and directly underneath the hull. Most tanks have their ammo rank directly around the middle of the hull, right beneath the turret, this should be your go to target with any ranged anti tank weapon or tank cannon if at all available, and is most accessible from the side. If you've played pretty much any other FPS you probably already know this bit, the best weapons for holding choke points (e.g doorways or corridor's), are full auto guns such as Machineguns and Assault Rifle's, set fire to thing's, or are explosive and preferably the kind that are proximity activated (such as Anti Personel mines). Clearing a room or building? THROW GRENADES AND MOLOTOVS THROUGH THE WINDOWS AND DOORS BEFORE YOU GO IN!! Or use HE shells from any tank cannon or AT gun. And of course, if you have a flamethrower, use it, you'll usually clear the place up in no time even if you die.
Another rally point tip. On invasion maps building a point on a flank to allow your forces to attack (or even just to lay down fire) from two separate directions will usually end up being a game winning move.
A tip I’ve found to be somewhat useful is atleast one solider in my squad , Will be renamed “Pack” and he will hold the extra pouch to have more packs and I’ll put him with as many as possible, before I had enough to squirt my squad with all packs or even tnt he would also hold the tnt so when a tank rolled by I could switch easy to know who had what I needed. Also, on that note. I’d do the same with “tool” who would hold both medi pack and tool set to always offer or be useful to help allied tanks if I’m near by so they don’t have to get out and do it especially if they’re in a fight already and can’t get out.
If you hold C while aiming down sight, it gives you a lot more accuracy by basically slowing down your mouse movement. Very handy if you are trying to hit enemies far away with a rifle.
One tactic I enjoy doing is ordering my squad to attack an objective and following behind them. People won't know I'm the player so I can kill players easily using my squad as decoys.
I have played for like 4h and this game is so freaking fun even if you don’t pay. Many times it feels like a movie and there is players everywhere and I love it. Probably my favorite mp game so far. Will also get he’ll let loose.
@@HENRIVICTORIOUS1 stopped playing for some reason but came back a few days ago so i’m just lvl 20. Wish i kept playing because it would be fun to share my experience if i played for a year. It’s still super fun tho and still the best mp game
When I started playing I was worried about that so much for some reason. Now I always have 20+ squads dead in sweaty matches. It's not the type of game where you have to care about that. Just flank or push push push. This is the way.
One big tip that's personally worked really well for me is a tip for snipers. If you're posted up in a window don't hug the window really close, it exposes you a whole lot more. Instead hang back around the middle of the room. It might not help a bunch, i'm not a super vet player but i've def found more survivability doing this.
Yeah this is a thing real machine gunners do when in a hidden spot, if you have the gun out or close to the firing opening its shape is a lot more distinguishable.
Yes, also you're only exposing yourself as much as you can see out the window, whereas if you're hugging the window you're exposing yourself from a much broader set of directions.
@@thebbqbandito2868 have you even looked at the campaign tab? I'm a free to play player and I've played many different campaigns, and Stalingrad is my favorite my far, the city map is amazing and I love the Soviet weapons. Almost all of the paid levels are useless. All the paid tanks are worse then the kv1, shotguns and mortars which are useless are locked, and the only locked level that seriously hurts is the locked avt. The axis situation is pretty similar and the sniper mkb is actually better than the regular one anyways.
Yeah there are many basic vehicles, weapons and squads not available without purchase that you should normally get (such as the double barrel shotgun). But I think it's all going to have to change with the new campaign system, seeing how you wouldn't be able to join a stalingrad map most of the time due to all the normally free in all other campaigns equipment and vehicles equipped. I like stalingrad in general when I feel like playing CQC
Tips 1-18 build rally points 19 use smoke grenades 20 use flamethrowers Bonus tip: play Normandy Germans with 2 assault squads of STG44s and 1 flamethrower squad
One thing I do with radio operators is to always put them in sniper squads because radio is a guy you do not want to expose to enemy and everytime my artillery is ready i just press 7 and my radio will order artillery barage from a far and from cover and then i just continue with my sniper as I do waiting for the next artillery to be available. I also found that doing medic squads is very useful for your team. It is fun to run around and heal others under the pressure and placing down your medic box in a right place can save up so many lives because your team players will be able to heal themselves as much as they want. Also, medic slass can have some serious firepower and are good as assault squads as well. Basically, they are great front-line soldiers who heal others and also hold the line effectively at the same time.
Play late war campaigns. When the new update comes, you keep what you unlocked. This means unlocking ppsh 41s or stg44s can get you a great start into the new progression system.
I’m super new but something I’ve noticed which I could be wrong. When you get the red hit marker alone which usually means a “kill” you need to ADS again because the player is bandaging. It’s only a full kill when you get the info under the red hit marker, like “head shot, long range, double kill”
Pro tip from a not beginner but slightly below pro. Get use to stacking your other troops behind cover and out of the kill zone so you can have someone to switch too, if someone kills you from close range. One thing I hate is using your start character thinking you have 5-7 others behind you, get killed and have to swap a new squad and spawn back in.
Be mindful of your weapons sights: after sprinting or some wild swinging left and right they may not be at the center of the screen especially on snipers.
You got 7 secs to for the fuse of any explosive or smoke to go off 💥 Always learn to throw in 4-6 secs when using a explosive pack against a close tank.
I don’t understand German or Russia but when you play a lot you will be able to tell what they are saying I can tell if it’s a enemy bombing run or a friendly and all I speak is English 8:40
ive been playing enlisted for a year now and i never knew that they face the direction of the mark. this will help alot with aggressive behavior so they can easily shoot the enemies instead of facing the wall and die
You forgot the tip that says carefully pay attention to your teams: hit tab, if names are what bots will use, and you lose every single game, pick the other side, or change server. Save yourself the pain of being the only human player facing full teams of squads sweating their balls off.
I think the best advice for new player, aside from building rally point is to where to throw the explosive charge to kill a tank easely: On the side, in contact with the tracks.
What an excellent video. I play 3 hours a day and reached General as of today. Love the tips. I hate the merge though. I lost ALL my “appearance “ skins on all my squads. Sucks 😢
There is option to throw your current weapon ( except your sidearm) but you have to attach a button, i chose 0 because I use this rarely, but if you want your friend to try out your new weapon, or have more of them and want to share, you can give it to them. Also when you die only your main weapon drops, so when you have something valuable better have it in first slot, so even if you die, your next solider or teammate can take it. Your ammo boxes resuply your weapons, and enemy boxes their weapons. It can be useful, when you find yourself sieged on enemy point, and have taken their weapon. If there's their ammo box I'd not destroy that immediately. If you see a tank, but can't destroy it now, try to keep it marked, this way some tank, plane, or grenadier can destroy it You can take the scope out of your sniper rifle, which can turn your sniper in Berlin with StG44 to a stormtrooper at home a few levels before reaching the real StG44 If you can't handle the recoil in your auto sniper rifle try pressing H, causee some (like the StG) have two firemods full-auto and semi-auto, also ppsh have this mode If you don't want to spend lots of silver orders, you can transfer your weapons to other campaigns. For example MG34 is the weakest MG in Berlin, but most valuable in Tunisia (if I remember correctly) you can also transfer your gold order weapons if they were able to buy in that campaign, so right now you can buy up to 5 Mondragons and send them all to you favourite campaign. I always take everything from soliders i don't use, so it doesn't waste. Around 10 campaign levels you should have enough goods to supply your tankers / pilots with MPs and take their sidearms for other important soliders like sniper or engineer. You'll also have enough granades to give most of your soliders at least two. There's one moded map which lets you try all golden order weapons, you should check it when you don't know what to buy, but the best you could take was Gewehr 43 for Kurzpatronne, but it's probably unavilable now, All your squads of the same kind have the same slots for soliders (for example all assaulter squads in Berlin have the same squad tree) it should be helpful when you plan your future squads. Also don't buy new soliders if you already have one - you can take your snipers from the team you don't use anymore and add him to your currently used ( I did it this way, and while I have unlocked everything in Berlin axis and made my dreamteams, except the three I'm using now, almost are consist of only ordinary soliders) If you see something in the door or on the stairs it might be a landmine, you can destroy it by shooting at it from a save distance, around 5m should be ok If you see custom soliders with all those caps and colorful jackets, someone probably has endgame weapons, if they die near you, you can take some valuable weapon I've been playing for around two years, so I know lots of tricks for saving and using everything you have the most economic way.
Something that I think will get you more kills is to keep your AI outside of objectives on a safe spot. This means that you can go in one at a time and keep the rest of the squad alive while you fight. I use this with assault squads and I get a lot more kills and stay alive much longer. Keep in mind though, you can only get 50 meters (or whatever the in game measurement system is in) away from your squad before they break your command and come back to you
I have a funny story about moving AT guns. I'm playing on Pacific, built an AT gun along a long, flat, stretch to try to knock out any Japanese tanks that decide to try moving there and to fire some HE. Lo and behold, there's a tank along that long stretch, but it notices me. Thinking quickly, I move to the driver's position and proceed to loop around the hull of a destroyed tank very, very slowly. I won that fight.
One thing that I have learned recently is that, if u play with mortar squad, u can get additional ammunition from ammunition boxes and boxes will be depleted instantly, so i keep one engineer in my squad just for that, so i don't make a problem for my team ammunition wise. Tip have 2 mortar man and 1 engineer in your squad thats 70 mortar shells to do some serious damage to the enemy, especially in invasion maps when you are defending. AND BE A GOOD TEAMMATE AND MARK ENEMIES WHEN YOU SEE THEM.
New pilots use your flaps for tighter turns as long as your not going too fast to the point they break off or too slow to the point your nose begins to drop if that happens turn on "take off" flaps and speed up to level out you can use the in dog fights if you get creative you can easily get enemy pilots to over shoot putting you behind them also depending on which aircraft your using when you re arm at the reload zone you can start turning before you hit zero meters i usually point one of my wings to the ground and combat flap while slowing down and turning at the 200 mark by the time the reload is finished im already looking back at the battlefield its an easy way to get back to the battlefield faster but can also be easily messed up if you turn to early slowing your cas run down significantly i recommend testing your aircraft like i said i start turning at 200m with a maxed out p47 but different planes different stats, I wouldn't recommend over committing to turns until you hear the reload sound and even then check your Hud to confirm that the reload actually happened lol kinda of a pain but once you get the hang of it youll be zooming back and forth from the battlefield to the reload zone. also get fancy they may be ww2 airplanes but you can still pull off crazy maneuvers as long as you know or test what your airplane is capable of even the bombers surprise the hell out of me sometimes one last thing I tested is the steeper the dive you do the faster you'll go a simple -30 degree slope will only speed you up so much I've noticed planes also have limits to dive speeds that they dont go over while diving you can test this by getting really high up and diving you'll see after a long dive you actually hit a speed limit the plane can't go past its not viable info or nothing useful just something I found weird I thought I should write since there are players that love high altitude bombing
Too fast for flaps is around 450 to 500 slow down, too slow is anywhere under 230 speed up on the p47 like I said test your aircraft see how much drag it'll take before the flaps break some people swear they break like they're made of paper but they can actually take a large amount of drag you just have to find the sweet spot between timing of the flaps to how fast your going to the timing of you turn and how hard you turn. Once you do enough testing you'll get the perfect turn
2 essentials. Build rallies. Mark large groups of infantry and the god dang tanks. Helps planes and everyone else know wheres theres ants to shoot and tanks to make go pop.
Yes. These are essential. I've had too many ganes where my team either avoids rallies like the plague, or we're getting buthered by a tank and no one's marking it.
Bracing/mounting weapon still gets me killed more often than it helps. It still needs lots of work so that it doesnt lock you to some angle where you cant hit anything or being impossible to find that perfect spot on a window ledge. When it works its great but honestly i think the best pro tip is to never brace lol or better yet to pressure the devs to fix it
something i'd like to add: do NOT place rally points in the middle of a field and fortifz them with 1274 sandbag walls, because enemy tankers and even pilots will be able to easily identify them and destroy them, removing your advantage of being able to lay down effective fire immedietly after spawning when attacking an objective or it'll remove the advantage of spawning either very close or directly on the objective, this means that any active units defending the objective will have to hold out consistantly until fresh reserves arrive.
I know this is unrelated to the video, but I think reload speed should be a dexterity point perk rather than focusing fist points, because I want to be able to reload my mg42 without falling asleep and also being able to control it.
12:05 it's a shame that you didn't use the Axis HMG here. It is ridiculously fun with its fire rate. Also, as someone who's played this game for a while, I didn't know that you could repair MG nests. That makes them so much better.
Quick question about MG nest. I see you are building two types. The heavy MG is for MG squad but I can't figure out which squad can build the light one. Thanks for the video. It was very helpful.
Ajo thx. That helped a lot. I used general knowledge so far. But there is just things u cant figure out in the heat of the battle lol. Things like how to control your squads better. Also i didn't know how to move the AT guns. Just saw people doing it and was like wtf is going. Or the holes u can dig
pro tip 1 don't play sniper, radio operator, or mortar squads in the back pro tip 2 use the engineer squad, with 40% building speed and double AT soldier and build rallys, AA, adapt to the matches, dont just run into the objective over and over again in a straight line if you are not really ever touching it, also use smoke, smoke nades, rounds or arty are very usefull against tanks and over all to keep your AI alive (im not saying play full smoke nades and arty but it may come handy to have a soldier with smoke granades in most cases) while other squads barely can do anything with 2 soldiers alive, the engineer squad still very powerful with 1 or 2 soldiers alive, place a good mg nest or heavy mg nest, or a good rally or ammo box and its a lot of help, it can completely carry games even if it doesn't help your team, you can set up stuff for your next squad, as an example, you play engineer squad first, build rally, die etc, then respawn near the objective as an assault squad and push harder than the previus squad could
Digging a small foxhole with the shovel will protect you from all bombs and even grenades.they are quick to set up and incredibly effective for not getting your whole squad wiped by a single bomb.
Actual tip don’t put your HMG near the objective where ANYONE can see or go too bc ANYONE can use your HMG so be a-where of where you put the MG or HMG bc that can screw over you team over time especially your teams tankers
As a hardcore ww2 enthusiast I really enjoy this game it’s gunplay although goofy as hell is still pretty realistic? Like the one shot stuff I like and that it’s combined arms good game tiger h1/10
do tier list of soldier types for each nation and/or "must-have" soldier type in a squad when doing squad upgrade please, also my main is german so please do german first lol.
Listen, a lot of people are coming back to the game since the merge I would definitely make more videos on settings, tips and tricks and etc. Mainly setting for making flying kind of like battlefield and etc.
Pro tip dont focus to grind both sides of campaigns it will be impossible to grind both sides. Rather than choose one side which you prefer than focus only that side. and last but not the least ffs add voice chat so that we can talk to randoms in team mic.
So... with the battles being built on what guns people have, will that change your campaign too or just the map? Say I'm in normandy but all I had was rifles. Would it put me in a normandy game with other people with only rifles or might it put me in Tunisia?
+1 tip: Don't play enlisted. Or Gaijin games in general. If you don't want a second job or have premium everything, you are going to grind potentially for years. Speaking from personal experience, it took me 9 months to get to the end of a campaign without premium, full f2p. It's feed the snail or suffer. If you still want to play the game, don't focus on grinding. It makes the experience a bit better.

true

The best money I ever spent was used to unlock the Panther tank, absolutely demolish any team I go up against
I would advise new players to test the vehicles they unlock in practice before taking them into battles, specially planes.
Or just play warthunder beforehand
SO IT'S POSSIBLE. Please if you see this can you tell me how to try planes? Yesterday i was trying to try a plane in the training area but there wasn't any plane and i do not know which one to unlock first.
@nicolacosentino5042 If the plane comes with a squad you can go to the squad info tab of it in the tech tree and click on "try out squad", otherwise you need to have it unlocked and equipped on a squad
@@nicolacosentino5042you can try them through the research tab. Same as testing guns there as well.
Big 🧠
A tip I’ve found to be somewhat useful is atleast one solider in my squad ,
Will be renamed “Pack” and he will hold the extra pouch to have more packs and I’ll put him with as many as possible, before I had enough to squirt my squad with all packs or even tnt he would also hold the tnt so when a tank rolled by I could switch easy to know who had what I needed.
Actually shift for default settings
@@summeryknight7451 that's for holding breath and focusing, C slows down the mouse movement.

You don't have to be the best player, you just have to be victorious.
Its called several things but alot of shooters just call it silhouette shading/shadowing

Yeah there are many basic vehicles, weapons and squads not available without purchase that you should normally get (such as the double barrel shotgun).

Informative, to the point, and punchy. Should be a model vid for gaming channel tips and tricks vids.
You got 7 secs to for the fuse of any explosive or smoke to go off 💥
Always learn to throw in 4-6 secs when using a explosive pack against a close tank.
I don’t understand German or Russia but when you play a lot you will be able to tell what they are saying I can tell if it’s a enemy bombing run or a friendly and all I speak is English 8:40
When you hear the Russians say " Davai " that means go forward , if they say " zamnai " that means follow me . I play in the German army .
ive been playing enlisted for a year now and i never knew that they face the direction of the mark. this will help alot with aggressive behavior so they can easily shoot the enemies instead of facing the wall and die
Started playing yesterday bc a friend suggested it, this video helped a lot, Thanks!
I always start as engineer and my first mission is to run as close as i can then build a rally point at the start
fantastic tips video, lots of these aren’t said out loud which are helpful
What an excellent video. I play 3 hours a day and reached General as of today. Love the tips. I hate the merge though. I lost ALL my “appearance “ skins on all my squads. Sucks 😢
I learned so much. I feel like I can actually get to marshal now.
You definitely can as long as you didn’t just have a kid or something like that!
If you see a tank, but can't destroy it now, try to keep it marked, this way some tank, plane, or grenadier can destroy it
You can take the scope out of your sniper rifle, which can turn your sniper in Berlin with StG44 to a stormtrooper at home a few levels before reaching the real StG44
If you can't handle the recoil in your auto sniper rifle try pressing H, causee some (like the StG) have two firemods full-auto and semi-auto, also ppsh have this mode
If you don't want to spend lots of silver orders, you can transfer your weapons to other campaigns.
There's one moded map which lets you try all golden order weapons, you should check it when you don't know what to buy, but the best you could take was Gewehr 43 for Kurzpatronne, but it's probably unavilable now,
All your squads of the same kind have the same slots for soliders (for example all assaulter squads in Berlin have the same squad tree) it should be helpful when you plan your future squads. Also don't buy new soliders if you already have one - you can take your snipers from the team you don't use anymore and add him to your currently used ( I did it this way, and while I have unlocked everything in Berlin axis and made my dreamteams, except the three I'm using now, almost are consist of only ordinary soliders)
If you see something in the door or on the stairs it might be a landmine, you can destroy it by shooting at it from a save distance, around 5m should be ok
If you see custom soliders with all those caps and colorful jackets, someone probably has endgame weapons, if they die near you, you can take some valuable weapon
I've been playing for around two years, so I know lots of tricks for saving and using everything you have the most economic way.
Something that I think will get you more kills is to keep your AI outside of objectives on a safe spot. This means that you can go in one at a time and keep the rest of the squad alive while you fight. I use this with assault squads and I get a lot more kills and stay alive much longer. Keep in mind though, you can only get 50 meters (or whatever the in game measurement system is in) away from your squad before they break your command and come back to you
wait but don’t your AI forces help you control the objective? like counting as another person?
Yes, but they usually just get themselves killed to
The ai in this game is pretty dumb

I have a funny story about moving AT guns. I'm playing on Pacific, built an AT gun along a long, flat, stretch to try to knock out any Japanese tanks that decide to try moving there and to fire some HE. Lo and behold, there's a tank along that long stretch, but it notices me. Thinking quickly, I move to the driver's position and proceed to loop around the hull of a destroyed tank very, very slowly.
I won that fight.
As a new player( around 10rs at most) the best tip I can give is to try and adapt to the awkward way the character moves.
Very new to this game, love the guide
I'm learning Enlisted. This video is great. Many of my future kills and captures will be because of you. GG

Bracing/mounting weapon still gets me killed more often than it helps. It still needs lots of work so that it doesnt lock you to some angle where you cant hit anything or being impossible to find that perfect spot on a window ledge. When it works its great but honestly i think the best pro tip is to never brace lol or better yet to pressure the devs to fix it
Yeah, I really wish they’d do something akin to a Modern Warfare mounting system instead of what we have now
I just got a ps5 I'm excited to play this since I love WW2 games
something i'd like to add: do NOT place rally points in the middle of a field and fortifz them with 1274 sandbag walls, because enemy tankers and even pilots will be able to easily identify them and destroy them, removing your advantage of being able to lay down effective fire immedietly after spawning when attacking an objective or it'll remove the advantage of spawning either very close or directly on the objective, this means that any active units defending the objective will have to hold out consistantly until fresh reserves arrive.
I know this is unrelated to the video, but I think reload speed should be a dexterity point perk rather than focusing fist points, because I want to be able to reload my mg42 without falling asleep and also being able to control it.
almost 3 weeks in the game and I had no clue how the request ammo worked and didn't even realized formation and AI behavior controls omg

pro tip 1 don't play sniper, radio operator, or mortar squads in the back
pro tip 2 use the engineer squad, with 40% building speed and double AT soldier and build rallys, AA, adapt to the matches, dont just run into the objective over and over again in a straight line if you are not really ever touching it, also use smoke, smoke nades, rounds or arty are very usefull against tanks and over all to keep your AI alive (im not saying play full smoke nades and arty but it may come handy to have a soldier with smoke granades in most cases) while other squads barely can do anything with 2 soldiers alive, the engineer squad still very powerful with 1 or 2 soldiers alive, place a good mg nest or heavy mg nest, or a good rally or ammo box and its a lot of help, it can completely carry games even if it doesn't help your team, you can set up stuff for your next squad, as an example, you play engineer squad first, build rally, die etc, then respawn near the objective as an assault squad and push harder than the previus squad could
Treat radio operator as ordinary infantry, usually only using ability once or twice
Digging a small foxhole with the shovel will protect you from all bombs and even grenades.they are quick to set up and incredibly effective for not getting your whole squad wiped by a single bomb.
