@@jojobee42 Right, my ex husband has a bunch of rental addresses, as does my friend's mom who owns houses and a condo complex. I'm probably missing something but I don't understand the point the content creator is trying to make when asking who Dylan had to know to get a room in the house. When I was in college, as many did, I answered rental ads for rooms available in communal living situations where college kids rented rooms w shared kitchen and bathrooms. I never had to know someone to rent a spot.
some information is misread dylan's mom is lily robb who works for UofI and her parents got divorced in 2017. dylan is a sophomore since she got assigned a little in her sorority and you don't get assigned a little if you just joined this year, dylan's big is emily alandt all of the victims friends and one of the people dylan called to the house when she discovered the bodies.

For some reason (media programming), people have suspended logical thinking when it comes to the roommates and delay in the 911 call including the secrecy surrounding it. My thoughts as well
Ppl thinking logically know that during the trial the timeline will all come out and will make perfect sense when it does. Ppl are grasping at straws and do not even have the time lime, Dylan's testimony, the outline of the crime scenes and what was actually found, the autopsy reports, etc. You cannot determine anything by the current tiny amount of crumbs that are released. The fact ppl don't understand that, makes me question their logic and ability to think critically in any situation. If Police and Courts decided ppl's guilt based on the crap you ppl do, everybody who was even accused would be in prison for crimes they never committed. The fact Dylan and Bethany have never been arrested or charged in this case, after investigation of the crime scene, should be your 1st clue they are not involved‼️‼️‼️ When you see the hundreds of ppl who were part of this investigation, from many different States across this Country, I sure hope it dawns on you how illogical your thinking is about this case. Hundreds of ppl who never even met eachother and live in different States all across the Country did not do a cover up in this case. That is not even remotely possible. Be reasonable.

@@christopher1367 I agree. Most of the time the only thing this channel does is raise suspicion. It makes discoveries and does not draw conclusions, it leaves that to the imagination of each one. It was an investigation, for example, when this channel discovered that DM slept on the second floor, investigate is discovering something related or important for the case, it is not just to discover something about people or places and leave suspicion in the air, as was the case, for example. on White Ave, did anyone understood anything about that? It's too bad.

I didnt as a freshman and neither did my friends
Even as a "spoiled/blessed" student, I lived in a dorm my 1st year and that is where I gained my friend base. I think it's a great opportunity for any college student to get that college life experience.
Why is it???
I lived in an off campus apartment throughout college because it was way cheaper. I also had privacy, space, and a beautiful apartment compared to sharing a dorm room and house with total strangers.
I never had to know anyone to rent a vacant room when I was in college. I just looked through the ads, contacted supers and found places to live.
I don’t know anything about anything, but I have always thought it didn’t add up that :
1. A killer who came into the home to slaughter young women who had rejected him (according to MSM motive) , would just pass up the opportunity for an additional notch on his belt.. in a subject who got a direct look at him and had her door open (allegedly).
2. How one would just shut their door and go back to sleep for several hours after getting a direct look at a bushy eyebrowed stranger in a mask walking through their house and leaving out the back in the middle of the night.
Again, I don’t know anything about anything. But these two things don’t make sense to me.

There was more than one Perp. If you accept crazy luck and serendipity on steroids to the Perps, the closest one can get is a Driver and a Perp, more likely 2-3 person operation.

Thee is no evidence at all that BK felt rejected by one or more of the girls...just not there...nothing about motive in the Arrest affidavit which I know first hand is very very unusual to say the least......nothing is adding up....If one reads that affidavit it is clear that the whole description by Dylan is not in quotes and up front in the document it says the following is conclusions and information based on a wide array of information gained...its is the affidavit writers interpretation of what he heard...or thought or want to think he heard to get his job done...???

Yes, not too long ago it was thought to be Jack S and then Kaylee's Jack. We know pieces, not all. Accusations without all facts ruin lives as we've seen. I'm careful what I put out there and believe now after that. Anyone can write a story based on digging up information, sometimes and often it's wrong.

At first, I was really intrigued by how Lana deep dives into everything & breaks it all down, but I'm really starting to wonder about the info being put forth on this channel. There's conflicting information in the comments section. I'm wondering if maybe DM started Uof I online during Covid. Another comment here says, DM "is a sophomore since she got assigned a little in her sorority and you don't get assigned a little if you just joined this year". Also-another comment here says the person this video says is her mom is ACTUALLY the 2nd wife of her father, not DM's mother. Apparently, her mother works at Uof I- not a lawyer. It was a previous video that tried to say DM is trans-OMG! Was that a joke??? We saw her HS grad photo so are you saying she had a sex change operation while in HS? LOL! Google her name! MSM can't be trusted even when they say "Our reliable sources say...." Lana is doing a phenomenal job finding all the discrepancies in this tragedy. I'd believe her before any other channel. @@sav3118 Maddie and Xana were also inactive. Why do ppl keep holding on to this thing with the sororities? Kaylee's Parents explained all of this to Olivia a long time ago. Both Kaylee and Maddie went inactive at their sororities back in their Junior year. They said it was so they could focus on their studdies, and live together in an apartment. This is not some strange thing. Xana went inactive too because she also wanted to focus on her studdies. That is a small college. And the ppl who were in Greek life all know each other and are friends. That's why they could tag along for the Formals. This is a nothing burger. It has nothing to do with the murders at all.

If they were sleeping soundly, they probably did not smell anything until they woke up. There is zero information stating that Dylan said anything to anyone. Both Dylan Mortensen and Bethany Funke were asleep in the house.

If she graduated HS in the Spring of 2021, then she would have started UOI Fall of 2021 and that would make her a Sophomore in the Fall of 2022. Where are you getting that she was a Freshman?

This is wrong information. There are pics of Dylan on campus, with Pi Phi girls, including Bethany and Maddie dating back to October 2021, February 2022, and throughout November 2022.
7.5-8 hours is long enough to get rid of the evidences and plan things out like contaminate the crime scene. And who was there first? Friends not police.

Minor point - agree Tricia Munroe is licensed to practice in ID but she’s currently inactive per ID State Bar so she couldn’t currently practice there. Assume she works remotely for Sky Solutions. FWIW - I’m a former defense attorney - think you’re on the right track and have from day one. I’ve literally suspected from jump that DM was somehow involved (not necessarily that she committed the murders but rather that she was somehow linked to why the murders occurred).

I'm not an attorney but I agree. I also think the recent account is credible. The one from who is allegedly the boyfriend of a close friend of DM who allegedly has hung out with her every day since the crime. The same account of events and what DM says happened was emailed to UA-cam creators before it was publicly known that DM was in fact on 2nd (middle floor), before the Application for search warrant was public that disclosed DM did hear something and opened her bedroom door.

Now seeing how her dad posted he would do anything for her, it would make sense she would surround herself with men that would do anything for her. Getting a man to deliver the inner circle speech is an example of how this lady rolls.

The roommates don't rent vacant rooms. Some utuber showed the add from owner. Each person rented a room and was allowed access to all common rooms. That's why key codes on all bed rooms.
The big thing is that what is peddled as Dylan’s story that night is utter Bullshit.
Just one example, he has a bloody knife with bits of flesh and blood on it - with no sheath, nowhere to put it, and a Perp taking on Six people and six cell phones, is ready to attack what he encounters - so, of course, he was holding that huge knife, but Dylan doesn’t see it. Dylan is not harmed.
Interior doors can be kicked in by a 10 yr old, and previous tentants said you could any movement thru that entire house.
I’ll bet you the farm that they did NOT give Dylan a Polygraph, because they don’t want to go there. They know her story is complete Bullshit.

I said the same thing about the knife and having to carry it out and not seeing it! It's all bs and the fact they have busted her lies numerous times already, yet was cleared blows my mind! They didn't even to toxicology on anyone in that house! Living or victim! How do they know she didn't do done drug that wacked her out and made her go crazy? Drugs can give u super human strength. That's my first thought when I would have walked in that house and anyone who survived would have had a lot to prove. Then add on the 8 hour delay. Time to come down if drugs and flush everything in that house and clean up blood in hall's leading to room(except she missed a partial footprint, which is proof there was cleaning done), time to open doors to air out cleaner smell and have friends over to contaminate the crime scene and make it look"not so clean". Her story changed numerous times. Hopefully they checked all the rooms there, even the ones they said they were not sleeping in. I doubt it was thoroughly though. Dylan as asleep, in bed. She was awakened, saw a man walk by the crack of her door. She did not get out of bed, the man did not see her. She fell right back to sleep. There is no information about flesh hanging off of a kife. I think you are bullshit.

I believe she may have been the little sister (sorority) for one of the girls. Maybe Xana? Also re: Maddie and Xana not being active sisters. That most likely means they didn’t pay their annual sorority dues so weren’t active. Doesn’t mean they were kicked out or anything negative. At least not back in my days in College. Just a financial thing most likely. Sororities aren’t free.
Well one just bought a new land rover, so don't think if u do all the sorority work through college, your not just gonna stop paying your senior year. The 2 sororities in question were both out on probation for health and safety violations @ the same time all the girls became inactive. The Only 2 sororities that got put on probation. Allegedly hazing and/or drug related

She awakened about 11:30 am. A friend discovered the first body about 11:56 am and called 911 immediately.
I don’t think there’s anything significant about her being a freshman. People probably clamored to get a spot in that house and she got lucky with knowing someone and got in. Pretty girl and was in a sorority.
I know from sending 3 daughters to college, that off campus housing is usually way cheaper than the dorms. In my case, 1/3 the cost of the dorm room! And because the student is not in the dorms, they don’t require outrageously expensive meal plans. A lot of colleges with limited housing no longer require dorm living for first year students. So I can see plenty of reason DM might look to off campus housing. How she found THIS house? IDK.

I understand now why Dylan and Bethany tell the policeman they didn't live there when the parties was going on. Kaylee was going to house that weekend to show off her new car to Maddie, Kaylee mom also said Dylan has sent Kaylee a invitation to go to sorority party that same week.

Dylan, nor Bethany were ever shown or spoken to during those visits. We don't know if they were there or not. Bethany did not answer the door, Emily did and Dylan was never spoken of or appeared.
It was other people---guys--who told cops they didn't live there. Druing a complaint visit when there was a party, None of the residents had been home.

This is good stuff! I always thought D was a Freshman based off of Instagram photos. I have also always questioned her involvement. Something just doesn't sit right about her to me.
Something definitely doens't sit right with this person, starting with the crazy time line for the 911 call.That had my alarm bells going off from the start. Waisted people use the bathroom and go to kitchen for water or food in am. When I was in college we always woke up super early after a night out and then crashed in late morning or early afternoon. Maybe that was just us but nothing beats breakfast, coffee and water after a night out.

I assumed the rooms are filled by the owners, or a rental agency they hire, posting ads for rooms for rent. I doubt the owners just let rooms stand empty without trying to fill them and I doubt they allow other renters to decide who lives in them.
There can be a master tenant responsible for collecting the rent... An owner or agency wouldn't be in charge of picking tenants. I thought this was already established through Venmo transactions that maybe Xana or Maddie was a master tenant.
It depends on the lease contract. If you’ve signed a contract for a longer period then you ultimately end up living on the premises, you are still on the hook for the entire contract’s rent payments. An option in this situation is to sublet your spot - either the new tenant pays you the rent and you continue to pay the owner, or the new tenant can take over your lease contract and pay rent directly to the owner.

Based on Boise HS soccer roster DM graduated 2021 which would make her a sophmore or 2nd year freshman unless she did a gap year. One thing to note is that most if not all Universities were not allowing rush for 2021 due to Covid. So in 2022 they were basically accepting freshman and sophmore rushes. This also led to fierce competition because they were accepting same number as normal but had in essence 2 years to process. I know this was the case at other Universities would be a question for UI was this also the case??

There was a white truck that parked near M & K as they were walking from the bar. There's also a white truck driving past the house the morning of the crime seen on video. What if it was Dylan's dad who did this. He did post that he'd do something to anyone messing with his daughter. At this point anything is possible. That may explain her not calling 911 because it was her daddy. She had to cover for him. I want to see more videos on her dad.

Because I can tell you now, the FBI recreated the crime scene in this case with their experts on that Science. They have 3d imaging of that entire house and yard. They know by the blood spatter and transfer what happen. And they are going to lay it all out in trial. You need to watch more Ed Wallace on Duty Ron and learn about the Science involved in an investigation like this. They know Dylan and Bethany are not involved, because they used amino black all inside that house. You cannot fool amino black. If they were involved, blood would show it in that house. If you think 2 19 year old girls fooled the FBI and Amino black, you will believe anything. Because that's not possible. They know by the crime scene there was only 1 person involved.

There are pictures on Bethany's social media of Dylan with Bethany at a greek party dated October of 2021. Another pic with Phi Phi girls is also dated October, 2021. There are also pics of Dylan with Maddie and Bethany dated February 2022. She was also the "big" of another girl that joined the sorority this year. Dylan was at least a sophomore. I can provide the pics and dates if you haven't seen them.
Did DM either come in with PSEO credits from online College classes in H.S .? Or did she get special privileges of housing due to Mom? Was Mom a Sorority girl elite?
Dylan may not have been a Freshman. Up here in WA, you take community college courses while in High School & the state pays for them. So that when you graduate HS, you’re already a junior in college. Maybe DM’s HS did something similar to that.

My mom typed all his papers up for him(this was before computers). He still managed to go to my brothers football games & my Colorguard competitions. I don’t know how he did it, but he did. Unless she could see blood on those black clothes or face, how was she supposed to know 4 people just got murdered? The story is that Dylan awakened about 11:30 AM, became worried that Xana Kernodle was not answering her door. Dylan called Ethan Chapin's friend, the friend arrived and forced the Kernodle door open, and discovered Chapins' body. This friend immediately called 911. Bethany Funke was own on the first floor. She may have still been asleep. BTW "unconciuos person" is a 911 term, not what they friend said to 911.

The killer seems to have known the house. He quietly entered through the second floor, rear sliding-glass doors, walked straight up to the third floor bedroom of Madison Mogen, killed two there, and then went back to the second floor. On his way to the exit, he encountered Chapin and Kernodle, who were awake, and killed them. He then left the house--whoosh, gone. It would have taken seven to ten minutes to go in and back out.
Between the Kernodle bedroom and the exit, he walked past Mortensen's door, which was opened a crack. Dylan saw the man walk by, and did not get out of bed.
I'm thinking all this with Dylan is jumping the shark.
From another channel I've heard while BK may not have a record, apparently he was reprimanded at WSU. Getting into it with a professor and something to do with how he treated women.
I'm waiting to hear his explanation on why he was running around and where the night in question, and why he went back by there later in the morning.

DM is not suspicious unless you make her so. This is not dramatic. The Cops affidavit story about DM is absurd, the Ashley Banfield version from "a source" makes sense. I think the cops case is in trouble. Have you investigated the fact the affidavit and search warrant versions of the crime seen don't match? That seems to be something missed by most. 2 cops, same time, same seen, different.
Ashley always has a source and her stories are all unverified. She likes her ratings. The last source is from a UA-cam channel that has one video and it’s the one that claims to be the boyfriend of DM’s friend. He has no bio on his channel and no information about him no name. The video was not given to anyone they got it from his channel and that’s Ashley’s source and the video has been out for 4 weeks. It’s not credible or reliable. No one can verify it as he hasn’t came out with his name or shown his face.
I think these are the kinds of actions people want to forget, i think these 20 year olds when they get more experience will find out that they can acheive and gain respect of others based of their own competancy, i hope the winds of god and humanity will guide them.

From my perspective, Dylan is guilty in some way & protecting someone....her BF? Possibly. You don't become frozen in fear then have a good night's rest for 8 hours unless you're strung out! Then if she was so strung out, how could she remember what she saw? Also, I think it's pretty insensitive Dylan nor Bethany could not attend the services & express their sympathy for their roommates.
