Idk why some people say that Samsung Galaxy s9 has the same design as galaxy s8 but they have no problem that iPhone 8 has the same design as iPhone 7, 6s and 6.

The samsung galaxy s9 is my dream phone! I also followed the rules❤️
Now this is the perfect example in what I mean. The reason why the iPhone X was slower in overall performance is because of what I have been saying for years and years, The iPhone X has a higher quality display, and more pixels for the GPU to push out, that is why its on par with the S9+, this iPhone 8 has a old LCD panel which is lower quality in resolution which the GPU has to work less hard to pull the picture out. Of course the iPhone 8 will win against the S9+, put an iPhone LCD screen on the S9+ and you will see it will blow the Apple out of the water.
Its very simple, The S9+ has the highest quality screen, so therefore requires more power to push the pixels to the screen. Where the iPhone 8 does not require that many pixels and loads the games faster. Same goes for apps.
Its very common sense. Its like running a high end game on a PC and you have a 4K monitor, running with a 960 GTX, and than put a 1070GTX and you will see the difference in load times and frames. People still dont understand this. Only thing left is Samsung to go stock google and I promise you will destroy the iPhone in speed test. And some applications run better on iOS is because the programmers behind it, AKA PHOTOSHOP. PREMIER which were all Mac based at the time and was optimized best for that mobile platform, same goes with Mac OS and PC, which is faster in terms of rendering? the Mac OS, because its optimized software, if the morons would optimize the app for Android properly it can decode it faster. And will win.

why nobody mentions the AR kit, iOS 11 has much more Apps and games in AR and VR that Android, but Android can be customized.

I'm pretty sure that was cached in some way. I don't know how iOS works but my S6 keeps frequently used apps like UA-cam in the memory even though I closed them in the app switcher. It pretty much opens UA-cam instantly after closing it which is weird.

Pointless test, it's obvious the 8 is gonna be faster that the X because the a11 had to support a 2K on the X whereas the 8+ the A11 has the handle an easy 1080p display.

Jason 13 Considering IP X and 8 Plus have the same A11 processor, and yet the X has a 1 GB RAM advantage, the 8 Plus performed very well overall (and even better than the X) against the mighty S9+.
The difference I believe is attributable to the 8 Plus' LCD screen. LCDs will always render faster than OLED or AMOLED screens.

s8 costs 450 euro and s9 without trade in 850 (price falls by lile 250 in 3-4 months) so i think its more worth buying a samsung phone right

Those apps are not optimized for the S9+ Yet but the iPhone 8 Plus has a low screen resolution and its light and has apps optimized for it already and the S9+ IS fresh new and is heavy loaded

It all depends on the display resolution... Iphone 8 has like 720p display while samsung galaxy s9 has like 2k+ display.

yeah, youre so right about iphone x and 8 plus, ive used my iphone X for 3 months, then i switched to iphone 8 plus,,, and soooo much different ,,, iphone 8 plus is so stable and solid..in all ways... not like iphone X its slow and frame drops, laggy when we switch page to page of home screen, and when you wear A Rey Ban back sunglasses the face id wont work... now im so happy with my 8 Plus...and wait until next iphone X version is as stable and as solid as iphone 8 Plus. thanks for the video..
