I have no idea how to explain it in english but as an example you can just compare the sugar in sweets and something more healthy like honey. Pro tip: If you want to get a low body fat, don't start a low-fat diet, because the fat you eat isn't what's added as your body fat. Sugar and most processed foods like cereal and chips. Wheat-based foods are big contributors to adding fat to your body, so don't just cut out fat-based foods.

From my own point of view, you need to invest smartly if you need the good things of life. so far i've made over $255k in raw profits from just 6 months into the market from my diversified portfolio strategy and i believe anyone can do it you have the right strategy, mutual funds takes long time but investing smartly is the key for short term. Most of us tend to pay more attention to the shiniest position in the market to the cost of proper diversification.

yea, I finally said fuck everything and started to check what my T level is. I'm still so mad I did it so late with 28. I tried way too long to fix everything with just diet and weight lifting because of social media and all the videos about how to lose fat, build muscle etc. etc. "it's not genetics or a problem with your T, you probably are just doing something wrong" but with absolute ZERO results for years. Like seriously zero, I never had the feel of gaining weight, muscle, or losing fat in the slightest, it never felt like my body couldn't build or keep muscles no matter how much protein I had each day. It's the most devastating feeling when literal kids with 17-23 look like a grown masucline adult while you look like a kid. I began to really wonder why on earth do I look (legit) like 17-19 (visually younger than the average 17-19 year old) with 28... with almost fucking 30!! I always and still have really bad beard growth, not much density, it just always looked wrong on me (face itself not looks masculine enough) and also my whole upper body had almost no body hair, ever. Even my underarm hairs were always so fine and almost colorless. I've never seen anything like this before on someone else (no I'm not an albino, dark blonde hair, I know how normal underarm hair would look like even on really really light blonde guys) So now I first started with a Free-Testostone test through a salvia test which came back with a lower T and cortisol level than even the most bottom line of the range of whats supposed to be my level for my age. (The test visually showed it even with a little graph kinda thing and the ranges where I should be) Then went to a doc told him whats up and made a bloodtest and the same results came back. He instantly said If I wanted to he could give me a shot immediately. But now I have to make a proper plan with him on my next appointment, about how much and how frequently I should get a shot. But the most devastating part about all of this is, it all really affected my life, the path I took in life. Just because of it. Because it affected my WHOLE appearance up until know. Even if I get trt now and things change to the better with my whole body and my overall appearance (hopefully also facial structure) I hope I can truly recover from the damage it did on me mentally.

High testosterone makes you bad at decision making though. Study after study show that people with high testosterone are more likely to go with their "gut feeling" and engage in less deep reflection and careful thinking, so I guess it really depends on what priorities you have in terms of "being healthy". If you are going to be making bad choices all the time, even though you might feel good about those choices, then I guess that's fine if it makes you happy.

I’m not sure if this is all true when it comes to looksmaxing
I haven’t gotten tested but I think my T is pretty low considering I have really high & prominent cheekbones/feminine face
Younger girls usually prefer pretty boys while older women usually prefer masculine guys so that really depends on what you’re looking for
Same with a built body, my body is skinny but well defined with 6 pack abs & V line with veiny arms (I don’t work out at all) & no body hair, some girls prefer this, other girls prefer more built bodies, so again it’s just preference
As for hair, T makes you bald, I don’t think that’s exactly a good thing unless you have the proper facial structure to rock a bald haircut
And confidence has so many factors, and when you have confidence without anything to back it up, that’s just called being delusional
I think a deep voice is probably one of the few looksmaxing benefits to having T which I already have

How to get rid of plastic water bottles:
    -buy glass bottled water (expensive)
-drink tap water(has high levels of eastrogen)
The best way ive have found is getting a reverse osmosis filter (180£ one time fee+new filters every 6 months) and put it on my tap (under sink) . It gets rid of most of eastogen and STUFF in tap water and it doesnt spend time in plastic. I also got a big metal water bottle (1.5l) so i only drink from there. I drink a liter before i leave the house, take 1.5 with me and drink more when i get home. . Bare in mind u might need a plumber to install it or figure it out urself but totally worth it

You don't need to maximize everything you do and center your life on the so-called grind/hustle/meme-improvement and so on. You don't need to wake up 5 am and meditate to be successful.
Listen carefully here kids. All you need to do is find a rhythm that works for you and only for you. The most efficient way to go through the day without accumulating stress and long-term fatigue. If you manage to find that, you've won the game.
Doing cringe YT tutorials on how to be a real man isn't going to get you anywhere, trust me. Coming from someone who has been in this rabbit hole.

This video gets some of the serious concerns about unhealthy behaviors right but there are also some things stated here that are either factually incorrect or not proven. Like soy's contribution to the increase in estrogen is not completely proven. There are lots of people who can't afford protein powder and have been using soy as a protein supplement for a long time and do not have "man boobs" or any sign of a decrease in Testosterone, and yes, addiction to anything is wrong, but it doesn't just apply to video games. In fact, people who play video games (moderately), are observed to have better decision-making skills, better hand-eye coordination, better response time, etc and even some professional athletes play video games as a form of training. Plus the right type of games can actually help you with stress. Similarly, researchers are hinting at BOTH the advantages and disadvantages of moderate P*rn consumption, but there is no concrete proof for either of these claims. Although I do think that p*rn free lifestyle is better. Finally, aggressive behavior in males is caused by the increase in testosterone, not the other way around as you said in the video.
I know this video is supposed to give self-help advice to people and don't get me wrong, there is some good advice here, but some inaccuracies can have the opposite effect on vulnerable people who are looking to make their lives better and who rely on these type of videos as their starting point in their self-improvement journey.

What increases testosterone and will to live and move the most ? Warm country where sun is up daily. A massive hit of vitD, you dont want to spend time at home but outside, get some fresh air and maybe get a tan. If you wake up and outside is still dark, cold, gloomy, grey as fall or winter then you lack any motivation to move the more exercize. Your body tells you "its cold outside, we need to store more fat to survive that"...its vitD deficiency. In summber I did 10km daily on my bike then walked 10-20k steps...cant do that when its cold, gloomy and its pitch dark at 3-4pm.
