Honestly, it wasn’t working and only logical explanation would be a faulty battery or a bad circuitboard so I went with the cheaper solution and it worked I have a link of the battery I used in my description if you need

Now that I have fixed the speaker by replacing the battery it works with the battery and also when plugged in to the power. previously it only worked when plugged in Because the battery was dead.
hey, I have the studio 4.. Power went off one time.. I cleaned the inside up & the board with spirit.. It powered up & went down again after a few hours .. Battery doesnt work.. It wont turn up anymore .. Pls help

sir, same problem of my Harman kardon onyx studio 1. i don't know which has defects,. but I guess its battery. when I plugged it in using its charger it normally works even in higher volume., but when it's not plugged in, it still works but shutdown after a few minutes (around 7 minutes). never last longer. what do you think sir? and, what can you recommend me to fix its issue? It definitely sounds like it’s a battery issue you can find a battery on Amazon they’re usually under $20 and it’s a very simple fix watching this video will show you exactly what you need and how to replace the battery!

The battery is so small what are other larger battery options?
Unfortunately, they’re all 3500 mill amp maybe by two of them and split the wire
Mine much more difficult to open. There are rubber bushing that cover the 5 screws then the battery is bigger than yours
There are a few models and I’m sure if you type in on Amazon, you can find the battery

I found a battery for my onyx studio 3 it is 4000 mah can I install that instead
As long as it’s the same voltage I don’t see what the problem is it’s just a bigger battery

You could have used heat shrink tubing on the battery lead instead of leaving it bare.
The battery has its own connection, built into it no need for heat shrink
