As promised from my last video, this is a video where I steer away from the rare value finds and pony up some real money (in some cases), for some true gems. There is a couple Jazz grails, new indie rock and some others that I have been after.
Been a pretty good year so far--despite having to sleep in the doghouse after making the video. ; )

Good evening Alex. I remember when John started his channel. I have met a lot of fellow collectors/friends in the last fourteen years in the VC. It is always a pleasure meeting another. You showed some fine artists. I thought you scored on the Bowie Mofi. Good to see you listening to some Jorge too. Nice jazz grabs. Charles Tyler is brilliant on Albert Ayler's "Bells". Looking forward to seeing more. Way to go~

Alexander wow nice finds that Gigi Gryce is a smokin’ record I wish he would of kept recording. That Cure pressing is the best of that album IMO. That Mofi Bowie sounds so good marvelous finds man so far I really dug it have a great week man.

Gigi Gryce is so hard to come by and yes I agree. His arc was just beginning, and it appears he was content to slip away into academia. I just found a really cool book on him I will be diving into shortly too.
