I used to not be flexible at all basically, I couldn’t do a backend, I couldn’t do the splits, I couldn’t do anything really. But because of you, I can do so many flexibility stuff now! Please make 3 min stretch! I sometimes don't have even time for the 5 min stretch that is on your channel
chose 3 streches that help with your least flexable muscles and hold them for 30 seconds each (repeat both sides) add extra stretches if you have extra time
i would say to do 30 seconds because its scientifically proven to be the most effective

I am ready for this challenge! So remind me everyday so I don’t forget hehe. I do a morning stretch, night stretch and just a full body stretch in the day. Sometimes I switch the routine up a little from her other routines (full body) I am naturally flexible but I can’t even do a chest stand with my legs on the ground so this is what I did yet:

In the past I could do splits and over splits on both sides (left and right) but as I got older I started studying more and more and now I can’t even go down on one of the sides. So how did you split up the time for importance and hobby’s?

Day 1:feeling good I didn’t get that tired .
