Bro I am just 15 year old . My eyes are good (normal) My doctor say that my eyes are normal , does not have any problem in my eyes. But I use more computer and Mobile so I want a glasses to save my eyes from getting affected by computer and Mobile Today my eyes are normal but after some months I think will get weak because I see 6 hour computer screen in school or also some hour on home. You need to Learn some eye exercises, like blinking your eyes consciously while on screen, make sure to look away for 1 minutes every 15-20 minutes...wash ur eyes with cold water... computers usually cause dryness which cause blurry vision. Then to save extra quarters I dry so hot it almost makes charcoal, yet the microfibers work out fine (not scratchy). I do have problems hand washing because my cheap handsoap has high residue.
I have a question about the numbers on your lenses. Do they have to be there? My old glasses didn't have them, and I like those better. I have progressive with anti glare lenses.
Can I do eye exercises and stuff like that ya know those things you see online saying how to make eyes bigger could those things cause glaucoma because I really want bigger eyes?
@pusheencat7722 might be able to wash the softener out wash like this, then soak in rubbing alcohol cold water solution for a few minutes, then air dry.
@@didamnesia3575 I'm familiar with the ones auto detailers use in cleaning vehicles . Said they orginated in Japan years ago . How to clean microfiber cloths for glasses. What kind of mild soap i can use
For fuss budgets like me... we use distilled water! Will be making sure it is COLD!
Do you distill it yourself?

Is dish soap OK? Or antibacterial liquid hand soap?
So you're saying we can use Dawn dish detergent and wash it in cold water?
Can I use Dawn dish soap or antibacterial soap?
Thanks!
No problem!
That's exactly how I wash mine.
shouldn't we let the cloth soak in the detergent for a bit?
Can we use Handwash Liquid for the same
I am new to wearing reading glasses, I can't get over thinking my eyeglasses are constantly dirty, I hope I can get past it 😕

staring at a screen doesn't damage your eyes at all. That's a myth. Also, wtf do you mean 'what glasses should I use?', you don't pick.
If you’re gonna get anything just get some blue light/computer glasses. You don’t need a prescription pair.

large mason jar with warm distilled water and a few drops of dawn. Add microfiber(s) and shake vigorously. Rinse well with distilled...

No exercises can make your eyes bigger.
Does this works for microfiber cloths that is used for wiping tv screen too?
I have a question can you use that to clean your VR headset lenses?
can i wash my specs cloth and then use it for laptop screen cleaning
What kind of soap are you using in this video
It's Dr bronners Castile soap
Can't we use the blue dawn dish soap? I thought that wasa life hack?
Soap with fabric softeners?
Is that in most soaps??
How would that even be labeled??
No harm in washing it in hot water once...right? (New to glasses in general here, had mine for 3 months now)
Hot water will cause the microfibers to fuse, making them hard, less absorbent, and more likely to scratch.
Only warm and cold
Doc ....pls speak about dilated pupils
Can I just use Dawn dish soap like I use on my glasses?
Yes of course!
Can you still throw it in the dryer?
I put mine in a small mesh laundry bag and throw it in with a load of whites in warm water, then I hang it on a drying rack.
I prefer a small bucket or mixing bowl and a drying rack.
what happens if you used fabric softener? I used on mine :( They look fine, but can they now damage the glassses?
I'm not 100% but someone else said the fabric softness can clog the pores of the cloth and cause smudges.

What type of soap do you recommend?
I like to use dishsoap
Don't most hand soap have moisturizer and isn't that bad for the cloths?
When I wash my glasses cloth, I avoid my washer and dryer completely
Just hand wash??
@@DoctorEyeHealth yup w/ softsoap hand soap

I learned my lesson with dryer sheets before😅
I’ve always used hot water and dish soap. Why use cold water?
Good question! Too much heat can damage the cloth because it is made of polyester.
More of a problem for high heat
You can put them in the washing machine you don’t have to come wash them you can but you don’t have to. I will just take more time.😮
So you telling me these stuff is reusable? I thought you just throw them away after some time 😅
haha yeah
What laundry detergent doesn't have a fabric softener in it.
