Good power. You can increase the power in your right hook by pivoting the ball of your front foot inward and rooting your feet into the ground as you punch. As for speed you can do more shadowboxing practicing snapping and snatching your punches from your guard to an imaginary target from a still stance focusing just on speed without power. This shadow boxing drill will increase your speed once you go back on the bag.Another good speed drill while shadow boxing is doing shoe shines with uppercuts and 1-2's.

You and I are similar - I have an uncanny power and speed combination. It's because we use the rotation of our body and legs, plus we're lucky to have a lot of fast twitch muscle/strength. That said, we come with weaknesses that can be overcome with smart practice; Make sure to keep your hands up and start getting on the balls of your feet more- that's what's helped me since. You've got the flat-footed power but being in the ring is a very mobile activity. Imagine that you have a bigger guy throwing shots at you that you have to parry, block, or slip. Start jump roping (awesome for getting on the balls of your feet and a rhythm), moving laterally after every combo (words from Mike Tyson), imagine blocking the combos that you throw afterwards, practice the high guard, some slips/rolls and you'll be a beast. Don't forget the fundamentals (start with your jab most of the time). To make sure you don't gas out, throw punches of various power and mix in the power punches. Learn to pivot, shuffle, the l-step. If you really want to get the ball-foot technique down, learn to pendulum step like Bivol (it's exhausting at first but you'll get the hang of it). If this seems like a lot, structure your practice in the following way - 1. jump rope warmup 2. footwork practice near a mirror, then shadow boxing 3. whatever techniques you add 4. heavy bag. A great exercise on the heavy bag is to push it and move with it as you punch and block. Do a lot of double jabs because opponents often block the first but miss the second... then their guard comes up to their face and you can nail them with powerful bodyshots, which you seem to possess. Practice feints, throwing a stationary jab, and a power jab (thrusting forward as you punch... you'll get crazy power if it comes from your legs). A lethal jab is king.
