I have the watch 5 pro, I was looking forward to upgrading to the 7 but really disappointed with the shape of it, plus the price tag is insane for how little you actually get compared to the 5 pro
The Ultra price is ridiculous, but someone will buy it. Having a status symbol item will be the main driver. I have purchased 3 Galaxy Watch 6's for under $370 with trade ins and price reductions. Why would I pay $700 for one watch? The Ultra does not offer anything to justify the price.
Good stuff. Waiting for final info on the Ultra, but 90% sure I'll go for the 5 Pro. I expect to use LTE a lot, so battery life is critical, either of these watches should do the job but the price difference is too big to justify the Ultra. I expect I'll still be tempted tho :)
No physical rotating bezel or crown, proprietary band... this thing (Galaxy Watch Ultra), it's anything but a Galaxy Watch 🤦🏽♂️ And let's be honest, the orange accent button is so tasteless, and the white model looks cheap and is ugly 🤢 Ps: on the other hand, the Galaxy Watch Ultra design is not a copy of the Apple Watch Ultra, but an update of the Galaxy Gear Sport.

I feel the same. Too similar to Apple for my liking. In holding out hope for Pixel Watch to come out with a bigger screen.
