    I found some wild strawberries growing in my yard, so I moved them to a bucket and now every spring - I cut the new vines and move the bucket to a new part of the yard. I call it lazy farming. 😂😂😂

    April, you should share your input about cranberries when the fall comes. I have had surgeries for years and the antibiotics fkd up my stomach. My pee smelled like ammonia and I'm pretty damn sure candida formed and I had no idea what was up for the longest. I went in and had so many tests done over a year and they gave me more antibiotics. Go figure. I drink water ALL day and there was no change. I started taking cranberries and it would come and go. Then started probiotics. Probiotics and cranberries after a year of seeing docs. It's gone. The tannins, the amount of alkaline benefits. I'd love to hear how you'd break down the benefits of cranberries in your own words.

      @paularobinson2352 thanks! That's a really good tip. I see so many women posting about smelly urine, not having a uti, not having std and can't detect any infection through the doctors tests and it makes me wonder how many ppl are suffering from candida. Doing things like drinking sugared cranberry. I'm going to keep some kumbousha stocked I think. I did fire cider as well but it's not that comfy going down when your stomach lining is so weak. The only reason I started wondering about my lining and candida was that I couldn't take things I normally could. Coffee, a little bit of minced garlic made me God awful sick and if I needed a Tylenol I'd be so crampy. I cried when the smell was gone and again when energy shifted within the next few days after.

    Serious question… How do you keep from getting ticks on you when you are sitting on the ground? Limes disease is a big problem here in the Appalachian Mountains of Pennsylvania. I want to be as carefree as you are out in the woods. It seems so relaxing.

    • @xmobile.
      @xmobile. 4 місяці тому

      I'm in PA too. I know they do not like eucalyptus essential oil. I pulled one off of me and put it in a plastic tray, putting a q-tip in one corner with eucalyptus on it. The tick would crawl in loops around the tray, always going out of it's way to avoid that corner.
      I use those little travel spray bottles to make my mosquito & tick repellent.. fill it with warm water, add a single drop of dishsoap after filling, and anywhere from 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil, 10 drops of grapefruit essential oil, and 10 drops of lemongrass essential oil. The latter 2 seem to keep the mosquitos away. I don't spray it on my skin. I spray it on my clothes and shoes. In my hair too. I just don't want the oils to seep into my skin, i think the labels advise that.

I need strawberry leaves in my life, I hv been down with a strange virus that produced the worst chills and fever I hv ever had, my wrist, ankle, knee and hip joints just burned, it wiped my energy, emptied my gut and bowl and just totally put me down for 2+ days. And I'm stil suffering from the effects of it.
