Now that we have the grill built, it is time to burn off any chemicals or other items from the manufacturing process so we can safely cook on the grill. This is the first ignition and finished the setup process so we can use the grill as we want. Lets get going!

Buddy and i just assembled mine lastnight. Did the preseason right after. Cant wait for the 1st cook. Instructions sucked, but used your video as a reference. Thank you! Nice review! How efficient is it, though? Charcoal getting expensive...

I have only done a few cooks now, but so far I am impressed. When you shut it down it does slowly burn out and will leave charcoal for your next cook. Time will tell the tale of complete efficiency!

I bought a 545 on May 6 and received it May 14 for the holiday weekend It came in defective, so I contacted masterbuild customer service, and it took a week for a response, they said they would send a Fan and then will send me a tracking # today is 6/1/2024 and still waiting. Take that into consideration when purchasing a masterbuild product. everything has to be done by e-mail no phone option. Customer service is no good.
