great video and beautiful wallet. i watched another video where they used a cheap paint brush to apply the contact cement. it was easier and less chance for mess. thought i would pass it along. i learn so much from these videos, i like to pass along little tips if i run across them. thank you for the video. keep up the great work
Both sides of the cash pocket were slightly thicker leather just because it bends a bit better than the leather I used on the card pockets. The outer part is around 4 oz and the rest is around 2 oz. Ideally it should probably all be 2-3 oz but I don't yet have a good skiver for large pieces of leather.
I have never tried. Assuming it's a good veg tan leather, I'm guessing it would work OK. If it's a store bought wallet made out of cheap or artificial leather, I don't think it would work well.

I honestly really enjoyed the classical music in the background. May have enjoyed it even more than ASMR personally.

Where did you get the window plastic
It's a clear vinyl I found on Amazon. 20mil thickness, marketed as a protective cover for tablecloths.

I made it in Adobe Illustrator.
