Started leather crafting because of your videos. This is so instrumental to recognizing items such as manually setting distance with single punch. It seems so simple once you explain it but it was driving me insane. A thousand thanks!

I became interested in leatherwork watching Bedo's Leatherworks channel. Then I got hooked watching the Corter channel. I think I have made 30+ wallets and 20 belts in the past 6 months. Your videos are tremendous for hobbyist leatherworkers. Thanks very much and yes, the talking videos are fantastic!

What I find remarkable about this video is that it shows all of the whys and hows so quickly and calmly and how it leaves me with a sense that I could likely create a wallet by myself. Bravo.

This video is really well made from top to bottom. The intro is funny and efficient. The narration is free of odd speech patterns, or distracting vocal ticks . There is no irritating music or irregular sound levels. I especially enjoyed the level of detail provided and the pace of the instruction. I was impressed by the product as well. It may be the best UA-cam video I have seen all year or any year. Thank you for the fine instructional video as well as the viewing pleasure. I look forward to future videos.

I have been watching your channel for about 2 years when I took an interest in leather work. The last two videos have been in the best in my opinion. Your narration gives extra quality to a tutorial style video, I think this helps tremendously for a new/beginning crafter. You can only go so far with "monkey see monkey do" it's the thought process that counts. Please keep up the excellent work. Best wishes and respect from Port Elizabeth South Africa

One trick I learned from watching Hans Atelier was when he prepunched the holes for two separate pieces like you did at the end for this wallet, he used sewing needles in the holes to line up the pieces as he laid them down on each other. Seeing that honestly blew my mind the first time lol

Wow. This video should of been titled "Leather Craft - Tips & Tricks from a Master" or something similar... I got into the hobby a few years ago. I usually put in a few hours (almost) every night, I am far from an "expert" but I am able to make some nice things if I invest enough time & effort into a project. With that said, I do constantly struggle with some very "Elementary" aspects of the hobby, such as alignment and proper hole spacing that starts and ends exactly where you would like it to. This video has a ton of excellent tips that can be applied to any project, not just wallets. Great job. Definitely going to be referring back to this a few times... Oh. and yes I prefer the verbal guidance over ASMR style. A+

Great looking wallet. I do like the narration style of video because I am learning how to make leather items and I appreciate all the tips and suggestions. The quiet videos are good too but they may be for someone who is not learning but likes to watch the art of leather making. I agree lining the outside cover made the wallet a little too thick and the pocket side still has the suede side so nothing really gained.

I really like how you handled the front/back attachment by punching holes on each before assembly, but do you ever run into issues stitching like this with opposing chisel holes? I've only done this once and struggled a bit. Usually I punch all the way through, but like you said, it's very difficult to keep things aligned with multiple layers.
