They are so close to being identical. And yet. These guys added just a little more detail to small things. Which makes their shot of this scene the best in my perspective. The original is of course the creditor for being the original shot. But dang it if that wasnt a good reshoot from people outside the original crew.
@@gargoyled_drake I mean, the original has the creativity of coming up with the shot, the lightning, etc. It's a lot easier to make a cover of a song that compose the song; but this is as good as covers get, top notch.
For in the future, a leafblower is a potentially better (and cheaper) alternative to fans if you need strong airflow, especially when you don't need audio (although that can be dubbed over in post). That technique was used in the music video for VoicePlay's cover of "We Don't Talk About Bruno" during a shot involving floating rose petals. It was the only thing that produced enough air to properly make the petals float, but it made them move so fast that they needed to move at double speed and then play back the final shot at half speed.
I really like people like you. Most youtubers would throw a light behind a model and put in the title "WE MADE BATMAN IN 24 HOURS!!1!?". The effort you put in to actually make a correct-scale fire, the water details, the haze which improves the scene's color, the extra smoke behind the fire. All of these little details add diminishing returns to the final picture, and most people would probably not care/notice. But in my eyes it's that last 10% that really separates "budget batman" from "Batman". Another great video from you!
@@bamflyer English is got my first language so maybe i did something wrong with the grammar, but I think the meaning is correct? (the more you add, the less of a difference it makes.)
