That's Correct!! In Far Red is not the one. It's UVB that flowering plants need. Im running two of the old Viparspectra 450watt'rs just bought an Apelila 6000W LED Grow Light Dual Full Spectrum Bloom Enhance Hydro Plant UV Lamp... I'll add this to the 2 viparspectra's
Drop it another inch and it's a 1000 PAR. Which is crazy high. They will definitely veg and flower at least 1 big plant or 2 autos. At least the P15P00 for sure. I just watched another review by down with prohibition. The dimming knob will extend the life of the light. I can't tell you how many dont use thier dimming function on QBs because they domt wanna remove the driver or stick a screwdriver into a electronical device while on. Or they get a bit lazy and skip out on the kilowatt meter to know where thier wattage draw is for sure. I'm holding on for 2 of the 250 watters and gonna be doing a 4×4 grow with them. Maybe I'll use my 5×5 instead. Not sure yet. Itll depend on the heat. But they dont get any warmer than other QBs. Maxisun just made a QB styie board but in trying to control safety they made the driver shut off when it reached a certain temperature. Which would really mess up a cannabis flowering cycle. Not so much for indoor vegetable gardens tho.

I would say it's an upgrade in terms of light intensity. And the white light grows better than blurple.

This P1000 gives off 0 heat, but the P2000 and P2500 will likely make a bit.
I'll stick with the ones I have 4.5x4.5 has 2 600 par. 3x3 has 1000watts dimmable
