I started riding only 3.5 years ago and Black Rock was the very first place i ever went and fell in love with the sport. Incredible video, i was unaware of all its history being so new to sport. well done guys.
Bravo FREEHUB and all involved with Black Rock. Great story, excited to see what the future holds! Also, glad to see Josh Venti is involved!! TRAIL BOSSSSS
This place rules! Was really impressed to see the work going in this spring after having not been for ~6 years. Freeride is dead... Long live freeride!
I live 30 min from the trail and unfortunately only been there once. Need to make another trip out there. Fortunately I am 35 min out any directions to multiple trail centre. Rough life lol.
I used to ride here a handful of years ago when I'd visit in-laws in the area and I loved it. So much so I immediately became a member after the first day. It was definitely not dilapidated and run down. Being from western WA it was right in line with Bellingham and Seattle-area trails.
Glad they are rebuilding but to be honest the wood stuff that was dangerous or sketchy is what made that place awesome!! Just bring large and wide dirt trails changes what is was and the other problem is that there are so many other zones we don’t drive down there cuz it is simply too far whereas it use the be the best place to go.
I thought Sam's shirt said IronHorse because it's shaped like their Logo, and I still have my '06 Azure 26" - which I believe was the first bike to sport DW-Link sus. ...I should probably bring it in out of the rain 🛡️
That was awesome! Thanks to all the hard-working builders there over the years and stoked to see what you accomplish in the future. Thanks Freehub!

This warms the cockles of my heart. Hope to ride Black Rock one day!
There were so many legendary character's in this piece. What a pleasure this was to film 🎥🔥
Well done. No higher praise than "this makes me want to grab a shovel" 🙌
Dear Blackrock, we hope these trails get the attention they need to revive. Sincerely, Galbraith

Very cool to see the history and even cooler to see the life return.
One of the best places I have ridden! Great job building it!
This is amazing.

I still remember the first time seeing Salad Shooter in person, back in the day. Looks like it's time to go back to visit.
This is so cool!
