So relaxing to watch your beautiful video. I’m new to bread and new to the oven. I’d have to really watch and try hard to get this done. Don’t even know if I have the patience. May I ask a favor? Is it possible to show me how to make foccaio bread too? I’m a retired grandmother now and am starting to learn to use the electric oven, of which I was afraid of for most of my life. My first stove when I left home was gas, had never seen one before. Needless to say I must of done something wrong because the oven door blew open and scared the life out of me! Next thing that happened with that oven, making my first turkey, I dropped the entire thing on the floor as the oven door closed. Turkey and gravy all over the floor. What a disaster. From then on I determined to stay out of the oven business. Lol✌️God bless you. From Tampa, Fl😎
