    Now what if after they dry? They have what I consider a greasy feeling or a film and ive been stumped on a solution for it.

      It can be beneficial to pre-rinse and pre-scrub any grease or stuck on food off before starting in sink 1.

    Do you rinse the sanitizer off after? I read it’s got a bitter flavor.

      Nope! Sanitize and then let air dry.

      I heard if you do that, it’ll re-contaminate the dishes or item you were sanitizing.

      If you're tasting the sanitizer on your clean dishes then the sanitizer level is too high
