That whole deal about not carrying on private property unless permitted looks like that is going to be a problem. That's not the same as owners my say no firearms on my property. It reads like you must have their permission first. If that is true, the only places you can carry is public property unless you get permission of every single private business you go to.
Does This law create a loophole for police to not be charged for killing unarmed citizens due to the uncertainty of knowledge of citizens being armed or not
It looks like the old west is making a come back in Alabama.
GOD BLESS AMERICA, ALABAMA, NEVER GIVE UP, NEVER A INCH.
Godspeed Alabama, Godspeed. 🇺🇸

Thats The Beauty of Concealed Carry, its Concealed. 😉
I agree w “constitutional carry” HOWEVER…. if ur going to carry I strongly recommend training. At least 1 class a year.
My grandfather taught me to shoot many years ago. I just practice his teachings, and more. I don't need a class for that.
@@jhutch1470 took a class last weekend. Had a great time. Looking forward to others. Never stop learning.
We need this in Michigan

Vid states carrying in your car WITHOUT a permit is now allowed
And the data base has still not been created..
To this day, there is no database..
Why is this making such big news? My state already has this law. And I didn't even know it until I went to buy a new hand gun.
Which state? Im looking for the most Gun Friendly State.
