A tip I've been telling my friends is unlock the web swing kick as soon as possible, webbing up a brute then swing kicking him towards a wall will make him stick to it if he connects with a wall, car or street lamp essentially giving you the option to get them out of the way when you start a fight making it easier to pull of stylish combat for easier XP
Honestly, I think the first thing everyone should do is unlock all of the towers and collect all of the backpacks *as soon* as the get gives you the reigns (after Peter gets off of work). By doing this you'll gather a ton of XP, get some upgrades, and get better aquatinted with traversing the city.
That's exactly what I did when I went to my friend's house lol I don't even have a PS4 and I did all the side shit for him. He didn't even do the second mission
Gotta learn to dodge them and web them up really good before you attack them. Or you can throw things at them. Bombs that get thrown at me become my best friend in battle with Spiderman.
No one said it was hard to figure out. Muscle memory kicks in yes even in video games. I did the same thing a few times. Your mind knows the buttons but when the action starts your body remembers the nights in Arkham and it all comes back to you. Only to realize o shit, this is not Arkham.

Releasing at the bottom point of the swing speeds you up the most, releasing as spidey is going upwards will give you less speed but will give you altitude.

Only complaint I have (which is a minor annoyance) is the crawling.. can't crawl on the ground, onto objects, from the floor to the wall, around the threshold of a doorway up the wall and to the ceiling etc... crawling on some of the more intricate parts of buildings is quite frustrating if even possible at all. Basically killing any sense of stealth, as well as reducing the immersion of being Spidey.. All we have is zipping to walls/ceilings and that's that. Large pipe in the way? Too bad, can't crawl over it. This is fairly trivial compared to everything Insomniac got right, but still something I notice each time I play it. Seems like an oversight, a small one in the grand scheme of things, but significant enough IMO, it's just as vital as web-swinging.. 9/10 lol Also, Scarlet Spider, lemme wear that hood yo!!! ;P
Also the stealth seems very specific of your placing. If you're not over a ledge (but still above your enemy) or close enough behind your enemy you'll simpli kick the air instead of making a stealth kill. Which is very different from other games where there was a single exclusive stealth button to let the game know when you wanted to do it, (ex: Shadow of Mordor/War and Idk about arkham). A small detail, but it seems that Insomniac ignored a bit of the stealth part of the gameplay to ficus on the combat (which is, in my opinion, excellent).
Yeah, the crawling feels odd at times.. and the fact that you can't crawl or crouch to sneak around is kinda tragic lol Excellent game though, loooking forward to NG+!
My favorite tip/trick the game doesn't tell you is that jumping is a soft dodge. There are some instances where you are on the ground mid-animation and you can't press O to dodge, but you can press X to jump and dodge. The game seems to slow down when performed properly. I'm certain it works better vs melee attacks than ranged attacks.
Also, the most OP move I found is to use web bombs on big numbers of enemies and than hit them with concussive blast, you can get a whole crowd webbed to walls and everything else around in like 2 seconds!
Something I've always done when playing the game is that when I'm in combat, I usually very rarely launch enemies into the air. Aside from the enemies where an air launch is the only reald defense breaker (and despite the game telling me that's safer for spidey in the air), I always play my combat scenarios by constantly flipping around with the circle button and punching the bad guys on ground level, dodging when necessary. It's surprisingly pretty effective.
That Spider Bro tip is VERY useful in the "challenge" side missions. I won't spoil the character who introduces the challenges. But, when you reach that point in the campaign, stealth is one of several types of challenges. Spider Bro makes getting the max reward for stealth challenges *extremely* easy. Use it before they patch it.
imcnblu actually it isn’t a spoiler if you would say that Task Master is the one giving the challenges because insomniac already said that before release
Web blossom is the best suit special. You get it early in the game and it’s very game breaking you go to a heard and web blossom 90-100% of the enemies and taken down by being webbed to a surface.
A variation on the "aerial tricks earn XP" point: they also generate Focus. Once you're in the higher levels, 2XP per trick won't help you level up in any significant way. BUT you'll also start getting more Focus bars and powering those up with aerial tricks so you have a ready Finisher is awesome (paired with the middle Skill tree ability that gives you two Finishers per Focus bar). Really comes in handy in the end stages of the game with different crimes and challenges to have that Focus filled and ready to be unleashed.
3 hours into the game and you learn all of this if you just play the game and pay attention and read the skill descriptions. Also the web zip isn't a good dodge because a lot of the times you just ping out of the combat or off a building. BTW that's not how to swing fast, that's for getting height. To get some REAL speed where your controller vibrates each time you're swinging, swing as low as possible, let go not at the top of the swing but at the bottom of the swing to get forward momentum. Make use of the perch jump on street lamps and get the upgraded perch jump, and you're moving REALLY fast. Like faster than most of the cars/trains you have to chase down/follow. And finally. It's not Arkham. This game has more in similarity with DmC (the good one aka the reboot) than arkham and it's annoying how "games journalists" don't see that.
Another thing y'all can do to speed up your swinging is hitting L2 + R2 to zip to a building, and then hitting X before you land, which gives you that charge jump thing - it looks really cool and it seems to give you a boost in speed! Happy swinging!
Max the far right tree and get backpacks and landmarks first it helps immensely, always do crimes when they pop. Max webshooters asap as webbing enemies with those is helpful... game is great getting it platinum was a lot of fun
Thanks for the advice I just started the game yesterday, even the small fights can be challenging at time's my favorite thing so far in combat is perching up high and webbing the enemy up and leave them hanging like spider food🕸🕷!!!!
Juan Sotelo yea, it dropped the perfect day since I don’t work on weekends but I had played like 30 hours into it and got it platinum in the first couple days of release. I love having no life
pro tip. If you earn XP via the swing tricks, you can increase your focus in dire situations (like final boss) so that you can heal. Honestly there were points in some bases too where I ran out of health, but achieved a massive combo, and didn't want to lose that progress.
One trick to travel faster, spiderman doesn't want to stick to the ground where are roads immediately after stop of starting swinging, so you can quickly tap in and out swing mode to travel fast in a straight line if your timing is right.
To do any of the combat challenges hold the square button to uppercut enemies and then spam r1 when they are on the ground to quickly finish them to help get your ultimate challenges done
Using X to jump out of your web swings helps you travel faster and gain more height. Also when you web zip, continue holding down X while initiating the next web swing to gain a lot of speed
One trick I found that's really useful to clear a big group of bad guys, especially indoors, is to use a suspension matrix, followed by a web bomb (or vice versa. Either works) and one it wears off, use the concussive blast to blast them towards a wall. Boom. Instant take downs Also, another trick, use an uppercut on an enemy, web them a few times, then hold triangle to slam them onto the ground, sticking them instantly
Some quick tips in addition to these: Another good way of changing direction quickly, specifically turning a sharp corner, is to wall-run along a building, and hold Circle right before the corner; Spidey will swing around the corner very efficiently. Also, you can’t always web-zip instead of dodging. Often, the bullets will just hit you where you web-zipped if you do it too early or too late. Dodging and then web-zipping though is great. And for speed while swinging, even quicker is to press X in the middle of your swing instead of at the top. Keep doing that and you’ll be going way faster. It’s a better-and more visually pleasing-way of gaining speed instead of web-zipping. You only want to press X at the apex of the swing when you want to gain altitude.
Awesome game, feels just like a spider-man game should and make sure you watch the cut scenes especially the Mary-Jane and Peter Cafe scene for a special cameo 😍😍😍
Hamirul Aziq Youve got Ori, Gears, Crackdown, AND Battletoads all dropping within the next 12 months... 2019 won't be that bad. But not having Spider-Man sucks for the rest of the world that doesn't own a PS4... That's easily one of the bigger properties to lock down.
That xbox upcoming games list looks pathetic actually:) Nothing personal mate but tori and battle toads???? Just another arcade games. Ok good creative arcade games. But it's not AAA. Those things are for kids aren't they? Crackdown is gonna be shit with shitty graphics. Gears. What they're doing with this great game series is just a crime. I'm on both platforms, so no sonyboy attack.
There's also the fact that holding square to launch an enemy upwards and then attacking a different enemy will make the previous enemy unable to attack you for a short amount of time as they get up, which can definetly help if you're somewhat crowded. You can also just use square multiple times for the upwards attacks to avoid attacks from the more basic enemies that don't have jetpacks or rockets or guns which most definetly helps when in a crowd
I was actually surprised and happy knowing suit powers aren't locked to a specific suit. It made it easier to use the power I wanted without having to equip the specific suit. Although I do wish there was an easier way to defeat chain/whip enemies. Especially when there's no throwable objects nearby, or my focus meter isn't full enough.
Holding L1 can help you with perfect dodges. Also, electric webs are perfect for brutes. Concussive blasts are useless. Try Spider drone too. Negative Shockwave is perfect if you're going to engage a fight in a group that is huddle together. Chances that most of them will go unconscious, and some would go out in one hit. But you'll know *all* of these (the ones in the video) if you've played the game long enough.
A very very helpful one that you didn’t mention... You can web up the brutes the web throw them and if they stick to a wall then you’re instantly done with them.. You need the talent to throw the brutes but a HUGE time saver..
I was on board with this video until the very first tip about slowing time by pressing L1 mid air, thing that game not only tells you but forces you to use in certain story missions
Tip 15. The tips to getting gold in all challenge missions and maximizing your challenge tokens is Speed!! Recommend using gadgets like impact web and trip mine for stealth. For combat uppercut then pull them down. Web them before they get up. Fast and easy. For bomb missions swing fast and low as you can. Go to closest one. Use L2 to pinpoint where you want to land and R1 as fast as possible. For drone missions: learn to swing! Great tips love this game
You forgot the L2+R2/Perch then X when you land the jump off. This is also a great way to gain speed, increase momentum, cover ground and after you get the jump boost, oohhhh baby, it really goes fast!
dragon stare24 People that played the game knew about everything he covered in the video. That tidbit was for the people that haven’t played the game yet just as the video was.
Best tip in the video is encouraging players to not just stand around and throw hands. It’s so much better to engage in combat at 100 miles per hour. Getting pummeled on a roof top and don’t have enough focus to heal? Dive out of there and swing around the building a few times before targeting an enemy outside the cluster, zipping in and taking him out and gaining some focus to heal. Zip back into the fray, and go to work. I also love making use of throwing webbed enemies, swing kicks, and tagging one enemy then transitioning to another and zipping in with a kick by doing the square+x move. Super helpful with keeping things very kinetic and avoiding gunfire and the like.
This channel is weird in a good way because guys from whatculture use very basic topics but they cover them in very interesting ways. Usually this kind of guide from average channel consists of same obvious and useless stuff, but this video was fun and helpful. Thanks for the cook content, dudes!
When on a rooftop near an edge, try doing the swinging kick by jumping and holding square. It kicks them right off the side of the building for a swift victory.
By far this is the best tips video I have seen yet. And yes, I now realize I'm getting my ass kicked because I am stuck in that Arkham gameplay loop where I'm waiting for dodge prompts. The slow down time for swinging and shooting should help a lot. Great job with this video.
The worst Arkham habit that stuck with me is the counter on animations. In Arkham NG+ you don't have the warning or counter prompt, you just have to counter as soon as you see their animation to punch starts, but in spiderman, they either wind up and deliberately be a bit slow so if you dodge on animation, they'll just follow you and punish you, gotta wait for that spidey sense no matter what lmao.
@@proxythefool lol even waiting for the spidey sence they beat me like a red headed stepchild. Web bombs, finishers and constant movement is the only way I halfway survive.
Hold square to launch an enemy into the air and immediately tap R1 with Trip Mine equipped. It'll web them to the ground instantly and is a lifesaver in tight spots. You're welcome.
The most fun you will ever have playing as the Web Slinger. An absolute dream to play This game lives up to the hype and even on normal is a bit challenging. This single player experience I can see myself coming back to for years to come.
If you're any good at the free-flow combat, you're not going to wait to counter too often, because you'll lose your combo. You strike first and only counter when you have to within the combo.
It was probably conditioned from the assassins creed games, which got transferred into the Arkham games even if you didn't need to wait for the button prompts
My two tips for the game -unlock all the radio towers early on in the game . This will let you find all the backpacks and potential random crime missions to receive the crime tokens. Grinding the backpack and crime tokens early on in the game makes it easier to upgrade your skills, gadgets, and suits in the long run -unlock the web swing kick. You have no idea how much of a burden it is to fight brutes and riot shields before unlocking this. Essentially, this move lets you swing kick an enemy if theyre near a wall or anything etih a surface, they'll stick onto it and basically removes them from the fight. It works on any type of enemy, not just brutes and riot shields, but I suggest using it on them since they're harder opponents. Almost forgot, you need to make sure you web them up first before attempting the kick to stick them onto surfaces
A imo its the opposite, collectibles and riddles are utter thrash, they dont have substance or a reason to be there, not even a reason for you to pick it up unless you want a platinum trophy. Side quests were somewhat better gameplay wise, but in Spider-Man its more entretaining to complete them, there's always a little twist or some reason to be there, instead of just fighting guys for the sake of them being *insert villain here* goons. In Spider-Man the side activities introduce more characters or make you feel necessary for the people of NY
I found that the old skoo "laws of swinging" still works lol. Pressing X just before swinging up, instead of pressing it at ending of the swing, will make spiderman leap from the previous and shoot the next one faster. Making him swing and also makes spiderman swing just above traffic and civils.
The suit specific power; not only does the game tell you that, but the Devs have said it in so many occasions, to the point it's not an excuse you not knowing about it.
Ok here's a new one the equalizer power is incredibly powerful, that is if you use it correctly. The thing is it makes everything go down in one hit including Spider-Man but what you may not have known is if you use the electric web on a group then activate it the shock counts as a hit from Spider-Man they all go down as soon as you activate the power no matter how powerful the enemy is. Also jump and web zip dodge out of the water then do air tricks and your gliding across the water (simple way to get xp). Also also you can you Spiderman sense to see enemys in cars. Hope this helps someone
Jostin Montalvo I don’t wanna spoil anything but there’s a post credit scene that pretty much confirms that anything symbiote related will be in the sequel
If your wall running and come to a corner and hold down circle you will do a cool Web zippy thing around the corner. Dont remember if game mentions it but its very useful for keeping momentum when trying to turn tight corners
One they forgot is if you hit O then X you dodge then jump away. The brutes tend to swing two times then hit the ground with an AOE attack that the normal dodge doesn't get you away from. But O then X does. The game doesn't tell you this and I only found it in the move list. The web zip to counter thing doesn't always work as sometimes you web zip to a guy that still puts you in the line of fire or is still in range of an AOE attack. O to dodge works the best and O then X to give you space.
I use the aerial tricks to speed up whilst web slinging (swinging) through the city. I find that the drop in linking two tricks is faster than the L3 dive option for speed.
When doing the air tricks, try to spin every direction. Instead of 5 or 10 points, you can earn like 20 to 30. There’s like a combo boost when you spin in a variety of directions. Not a shit ton of extra points but, if you’re like on the edge to leveling up it helps.
Yeah, I played Arkham for so long it just kept messing me up here. Once I realized this is Spider-Man not Batman the controller layout made sense and became a lot of fun.
One thing I noticed is that when you start a New Game+ random thugs from different gangs or what have you try to attack you while you’re roaming around on the streets so when the music changes look out!!!
The thing I really like about other posts of the Spiderman game, is that the only people that get upset about it are Xbox fanboys. I don't see any right now which is good, but they're bound to flood in eventually. The thing I found funny was that all of their insults were just "lol spiderman is for kids come play a real game like mw2, this game looks like shit". Like that's it. Nothing original at all, insulting people that haven't even gotten to play their game for more than 10 hours.
If you tap R2 right as you run across the side of a building, you can just attach your web to it and whip around the side. It’s kinda cool but hard to get right every time.
If that’s how you’re playing, no wonder you aren’t having fun with it. Mix in trip mines, web swings, other gadgets, and so on. I’ve had more fun mixing up my attacks in this than in any other post-Arkham game.
There are 2 dodge buttons, o dodges most attacks but you can also pair it with x for a quick second dodge or as a means to get out of a tight spot or set yourself up for aerial combat by jumping off enemies
the most bad thing about this game is all side missions just be collecting things....i mean was insomniac sleeping the last 10 years and not noting that no one these days likes this? people want side missions with good storys
Just want to say I love this channel, and it was great how you kept *thwipping* with your hands when you were talking. We all just want to be Spider-Man, don’t we?!
Here’s something u really learn on ur own, if u hold triangle you’ll take away a weapon from a enemy but before u yank it press Circle and you’ll knock the enemy back with his own rifle/pistol/baton . But u gotta do it at the right time
"Smashed From Behind.." had to pause and laugh on that. I needed a good chuckle, thank you. Soon as I replay the vid, he goes.. "Calm Down". Oh and his tips are very useful. 2 of them I did not know about. So thanks.
If you hack the radio towers it allows you to fast travel to objectives from the map in the select pause... also shows you where all side quests are too

@Ezekiel Branford You can hold triangle to throw the brute with one of the skills and they stick to walls as well.
Or just throw him at the wall or focys finish hom
Am I the only one who lost a fight because I pressed triangle to counter?
lol from arkham
Same but I kept trying to evade with x but it's o in this game. So I kept accidentally jumping in place while they punched me in the face.

That’s what I was going to say too. The game tells you all of these things if you play, listen, and read.
A lot of these things are actually taught to you by the game. I mean early in the game. Maybe he just forgot.
Not to mention they told you you could change suit powers before release
They should change the title and add "... if you are an idiot who doesn't pay attention to tutorials"
Yup. I was also gonna chime in with this same thing.
Yea it seems like he either forgot, rushed through, or just didnt pay attention to the tutorials so he had to figure these things out on his own later.
This dude doesn't know how to use counter either. Why is he "getting smashed from behind". He does know you can just flip backwards also?
Releasing at the bottom point of the swing speeds you up the most, releasing as spidey is going upwards will give you less speed but will give you altitude.
Thats just a tooltip tip
thats incorrect. you're meant to release and press x at the highest point for momentum, then web zip for speed

I know Gotham looks amazing when it's not under attack.
Lil Durk you can, it’s Manhattan
Dude, it’s a real city. He’s literally in New York City
Wait. How the tf do I get my stealth score up? I do it perfectly without getting seen
Tbh idk how to take a photo in photo mode
ZodiacART 2018 its all about time, if you get spotted you fail, no bonus for that
Navieck, tap the up arrow. This will equip the camera. Then press R1, this will take the picture.
Web blossom is the best suit special. You get it early in the game and it’s very game breaking you go to a heard and web blossom 90-100% of the enemies and taken down by being webbed to a surface.
This game is amazing. I spend soo many hours just swinging and beating everyone
They don't claim to be journalists
@@snoopyfod1807 not just referring to WhatCulture. The world would go to hell if they start being classified as journalists.
@@BTBSOUNDS what ya mean then
I'm sorry, but I can't take anything you say seriously after referring to the rebooted DmC as "the good one".
@@hyperionman420 gameplay wise is the best one...
I felt his description of brutes in my soul. They're so annoying bro😂
Another thing y'all can do to speed up your swinging is hitting L2 + R2 to zip to a building, and then hitting X before you land, which gives you that charge jump thing - it looks really cool and it seems to give you a boost in speed! Happy swinging!
3:08 The black and gold suit Is beautiful.
The middle middle tree is the best tho
Leigo on lahe I can see on some points but having that web swing able to take shield enemies and the increase to traversal is so nice and helpful
Holy shit you already have platinum?!?!
You can also change the time of day in the stations of Harry
One trick to travel faster, spiderman doesn't want to stick to the ground where are roads immediately after stop of starting swinging, so you can quickly tap in and out swing mode to travel fast in a straight line if your timing is right.
The Infinity War costume is just awesome!!!
pogingpogi214 My personal favorite is the Scarlet Spider Suit
You mean Iron spider
To do any of the combat challenges hold the square button to uppercut enemies and then spam r1 when they are on the ground to quickly finish them to help get your ultimate challenges done
Using X to jump out of your web swings helps you travel faster and gain more height. Also when you web zip, continue holding down X while initiating the next web swing to gain a lot of speed
Jack Watkins cool I’ll try that
One trick I found that's really useful to clear a big group of bad guys, especially indoors, is to use a suspension matrix, followed by a web bomb (or vice versa. Either works) and one it wears off, use the concussive blast to blast them towards a wall. Boom. Instant take downs
Also, another trick, use an uppercut on an enemy, web them a few times, then hold triangle to slam them onto the ground, sticking them instantly
Some quick tips in addition to these:
Another good way of changing direction quickly, specifically turning a sharp corner, is to wall-run along a building, and hold Circle right before the corner; Spidey will swing around the corner very efficiently.
The spider bro tip was a huge help when trying to do the stealth challenges for taskmaster.
Awesome game, feels just like a spider-man game should and make sure you watch the cut scenes especially the Mary-Jane and Peter Cafe scene for a special cameo 😍😍😍
MrJohnboy92 I see you with the cameo
What cameo?

I like this because you aren't saying things that every other channel says and your pouting things out that are actually helpful
Why am I still here??
Just to suffer....
*from jealousy*
Hamirul Aziq You’ll have your time soon. Don’t fret.
@@quiettimegaming3642 HAHAHA ok👏
Hamirul Aziq Youve got Ori, Gears, Crackdown, AND Battletoads all dropping within the next 12 months... 2019 won't be that bad.
But not having Spider-Man sucks for the rest of the world that doesn't own a PS4... That's easily one of the bigger properties to lock down.
I thought you were here for all us to suffer.
Back before u guys recorded from home lol. Needed this cus i just got the remastered version
I think the developers idea of combat is constantly swarming you with enemies from all directions
I was on board with this video until the very first tip about slowing time by pressing L1 mid air, thing that game not only tells you but forces you to use in certain story missions
Can't wait to play this tomorrow
Not true for example spidey bro stealth for 1
Best tip in the video is encouraging players to not just stand around and throw hands.
"Smashed from behind by brutes" thanks for putting that image in my head
So, anybody else finish this in less than 2 days? Just me? Maybe not, bound to be other who finished everything too. Great fun game.
Eddie Heights it is hard for but cool
Web bombs, finishers and constant movement is the only way I halfway survive.
this video sucked though these are all taught to you in game
Hold square to launch an enemy into the air and immediately tap R1 with Trip Mine equipped. It'll web them to the ground instantly and is a lifesaver in tight spots. You're welcome.
I’ve heard almost all of this during insomniac interviews and such
The most fun you will ever have playing as the Web Slinger. An absolute dream to play
This game lives up to the hype and even on normal is a bit challenging. This single player experience I can see myself coming back to for years to come.
If you were waiting for counter prompts in Arkham, you never really understood the combat system at all...
Mike Sannitti tf are u talking about? The base of that combat system was to counter to keep the flow of the fight...
If you're any good at the free-flow combat, you're not going to wait to counter too often, because you'll lose your combo. You strike first and only counter when you have to within the combo.
@@mikesannitti6042 u definitely didnt understand the combat system
Besides, nobody just waits to counter, u didnt even get what the video was talking about
It was probably conditioned from the assassins creed games, which got transferred into the Arkham games even if you didn't need to wait for the button prompts
My two tips for the game
-unlock all the radio towers early on in the game . This will let you find all the backpacks and potential random crime missions to receive the crime tokens. Grinding the backpack and crime tokens early on in the game makes it easier to upgrade your skills, gadgets, and suits in the long run
-unlock the web swing kick.
Better than Arkham any day, and this comes from an Arkham fanboy from back in the day
A imo its the opposite, collectibles and riddles are utter thrash, they dont have substance or a reason to be there, not even a reason for you to pick it up unless you want a platinum trophy.
Insomniac is going to sell DLC purely off the strength of Venom and Carnage and the Black Suit. MARK MY WORDS!
Nah it'll be in a sequel.
@@SuperStephen2012 It would be stupid if they didn't do a venom DLC or some sort of easter egg specially since the movie is coming out october.
Also Green Goblin
Jostin Montalvo I don’t wanna spoil anything but there’s a post credit scene that pretty much confirms that anything symbiote related will be in the sequel
Play the game and answer your own questions... it’s gonna be a sequel not dlc
If your wall running and come to a corner and hold down circle you will do a cool Web zippy thing around the corner. Dont remember if game mentions it but its very useful for keeping momentum when trying to turn tight corners
All of these “tips” are in the tutorial.
No, nothing beats hearing it then doing it for real. Reading it only is weak for most players.
Do u even read prompt? Almost all of these stuff u mention is said in the game.
I started playing the midnight it went live and got a 1/2 hour into it. Best opening 30 minutes I've ever spent in a game.
Almost the entire list is BS. The game tells you. Just need to read the tutorial prompts and not spam the X button...
I use the aerial tricks to speed up whilst web slinging (swinging) through the city. I find that the drop in linking two tricks is faster than the L3 dive option for speed.
More like 14 things the game explicitly tells you.
When doing the air tricks, try to spin every direction. Instead of 5 or 10 points, you can earn like 20 to 30. There’s like a combo boost when you spin in a variety of directions. Not a shit ton of extra points but, if you’re like on the edge to leveling up it helps.
Spectacular isn't hard enough. Don't @ me.
Chuka Kaelo ultimate difficulty coming in ng+
From what I've seen it seems they've softened the AI for your "average" players. Seems silly the increased difficulties wouldn't also increase the AI?
@Chuka Kaelo there is ultimate but yea it is stupidd
Something I despise is how every time I do a stealth mission sometimes even when the enemy says that it’s safe they still detect me
I love how the title says “tips the game doesn’t tell you” when they literally tells u everything smh
Yeah, I played Arkham for so long it just kept messing me up here. Once I realized this is Spider-Man not Batman the controller layout made sense and became a lot of fun.
Tells you about the arial tricks giving you XP ;)
And the swing speed*
One thing I noticed is that when you start a New Game+ random thugs from different gangs or what have you try to attack you while you’re roaming around on the streets so when the music changes look out!!!
The thing I really like about other posts of the Spiderman game, is that the only people that get upset about it are Xbox fanboys. I don't see any right now which is good, but they're bound to flood in eventually. The thing I found funny was that all of their insults were just "lol spiderman is for kids come play a real game like mw2, this game looks like shit". Like that's it. Nothing original at all, insulting people that haven't even gotten to play their game for more than 10 hours.
tbeau96 I'm a Xbox player and I wish this was on xbox
Well they are sad because they can't play the game
Every "fanboy" I've seen are saying that they wish they can get the game. I don't know where you were getting these comments.
If you tap R2 right as you run across the side of a building, you can just attach your web to it and whip around the side. It’s kinda cool but hard to get right every time.
I hate that spidey just uses the same attack combo everytime. Not like in arkham where it's a variety of attack animations.
Not really, they're sort of both the same, but satisfactory nonetheless
I mean if you just mash square and occasionally circle then yea, but if you combine everything the game gives you? It definitely feels more rewarding.
Really? He's been flipping kicks and punches and doing mucha libre lockdowns so much I can barely tell difference on attack animations
Kyle Griffin that’s probably cause you just smash square. Their are nice combinations that we can come up with if you combine all his moves together.
An empty comment because I'm here early and can't think of anything clever to say.
Delete this please.
@@ZOD4 Nah.

If you hack the radio towers it allows you to fast travel to objectives from the map in the select pause... also shows you where all side quests are too
