After buying the sling v2 3l i grabbed a v2 6l for my a6400 with 16-50 2.8 and 70-350. All fits inside plus some spare batteries. Love the small profile and top quality.
Same here, i have the 3l for EDC with my A6500 with one lense, keys, sunglasses, and the 6L for travel with more lenses and iPad

I loved this review! You went for the Sling 6L as your bag of choice, but which backpack would you be using for everyday use, 20L or 30L? Thinking of carrying my A7III, one or two lenses and then possibly a Weebill S gimbal or the Mavic Air 2...
My wife liked my Everyday Packpack 2 so much I had to get her one for her work (carrying paper files and a laptop, no camera gear). Love 'em!

Between the every day zip and the every day v2 which would you prefer for an EDC backpack that can also carry some camera gear? I typically carry a few school books, my sony a7iii with a 24mm gm lens and my 13' laptop and on occasion my ronin sc or a tripod.
I got my Everyday Backpack V2 30L Charcoal last Monday and so far I absolutely love it. It replaced me Everyday Messenger Bag V1 because it was getting too heavy on my shoulder where the backpack is unbelievably well balanced.
nice vid. question for you. i got budget to buy either the 13L messenger or 20L backpack. i shoot mainly dance videos and vlogs on locations which i travel to by subways and walking (i live in seoul). which do you recommend for 1 DSLR, 2 lens, and a Weebill gimbal with tripod? is messenger big enough? and with all that gear im thinking its a heavy load so if i go with the messenger is the shoulder strap enough cushion for that amount of weight to be comfortable while im going to the locations. thanks

Definitely one of my favorite videos of yours. I have been trying to go minimalist and trying to use the 45L for everything but I have been longing to go back to the everyday backpack 30L because of the 45L disadvantages. I’m definitely not hiking with the bag so no need to carry that much stuff.

Just got the v2 sling 6L and I’m enjoying it so far. Perfect for my Sony a6100, sigma 30mm and a couple moment lens. I’m also able to fit my 2018 iPad with case in it.

As someone starting out just bought a new camera so funds are at a minimum lol. I really want a Peak Design bag. I have the Slide strap which I love and the capture clip which I also love lol. My question. I see on the Peak Design website I think it’s the Everyday V1 on sale for like 220 around there. Is that a good bag or should I wait and save for another one? I have the A6400 with like 4 lenses. Thanks in advance for any help. Love the channel you’ve been a huge help

I hike a lot and use the rain cover all the time :D Also, causes I'm a big guy, the travel backpack looks like a regular size backpack on me, but the cubes get used for everything! My favourite everyday (literally) products are the tech pouch and v2 messenger, but for jobs it is the everyday backpack v2. Thanks Peak Design! And thank you Jason for originally putting me on to them.

The V1 is discounted at b&h. Are the straps that bad on the V1? I should probably buy the V2 but for the price of V1 it's tough.

So 2 questions, first is I like hybrid bags, laptop, textbook for school, and my camera + waterbottle at the same time, which is better every day zip or the every day? Second question I am moving to LA Just and when you ride your scooter around LA are you afraid of it getting stolen? I have never found a reasonable way to lock them up which makes me rather nervous.
I switched to a scooter for groceries too. I also use my peak design everyday v1 for the grocery run when it's not being used as a 200-600mm bird photo kit. If you want to take your green grocery runs to the next level, start charging your scooter and board with solar. I have the goal zero 400 lithium ion and a 100w panel and managed to charge my regular use scooter with 100% solar last year. Great video!

What happened to the 10l sling v1? V2 much better?
I like their straps but my Peak Design Everyday Messenger Bag ripped apart at the leather corner where the strap connects after a month. I wasn't very impressed.

Will this 20L fit New 16 inches MacBook Pro?
The 45L Travel Backpack was perfdect for me in a 21 day trip (One bag travel, baby! xD). Granted, I don't carry as much camera gear as you do, just a small mirrorless and a couple lenses, but those fit perfectly in the 5L sling, which in turn I can fit inside the big backpack, which for me, makes it the perfect combination to carry my travel stuff, and have a small bag for the camera and other everyday items.

I love their bags, but my Domke F2 just won't die. Still my go-to for day shooting, but I'll use the Messenger when I needed a laptop and camera at the same time. Turns out that's pretty rare, so I passed it on to a friend and went with a laptop sleeve. Even a bigger fan of the straps, capture clip, and anchor tabs though. Have on all my cameras and even threaded one through my Moment case on my iPhone 11. Good job on the video, and congrats on hitting 200k subs.

Best PD bags video by far.👏 Have the 6L, 20L backpack and the 35L travel duffle. That's the trinity/ But I recently bought probably my 2nd favorite PD product, the FIELD POUCH! Its perfect for the essential phone,wallet.keys. You can slip in onto a belt or onto straps or inside the 6L bag. Its awesome!

I use my everyday for my everyday needs. Work and camera equipment in there all of the time (Surface Book 2 15 inch and Sony A6600 plus the PD tech pouch).
My PD Travel Backpack was supposed to be used for my trip to the Philippines but it has since been cancelled due to the COVID-19 :( Oh well, at least I can use it whenever I need it.
I also have the 20L Tote backpack for my wife and the Medium camera bag which I use as a standalone bag for my photo equipment (that's trips to the backyard LOL). Have a great day!

I use the 6L sling and I can fit the 100-400GM with Teleconverter and my Body (not attached). It's amazing for blasting out and capturing the local wildlife.

Just got my Peak Design 6L Sling. I really like it but my iPad Pro 11” barely fits; but fits. For now I just want to carry my Sony RX100vi, DJI Osmo Pocket and some accessories. If I take out the iPad Pro the bag becomes less “stiff.” I also have the Everyday BackPack 20L v1. Little bummed the bag doesn’t fit the iPad Pro a bit better. The bag wouldn’t need to be much bigger at all. Seems like a strange design choice. An iPad really is a key part of many photographers work flow. The 10L seems like overkill. That said the overall design, materials and aesthetics are great. The strap is a bit of a struggle, I much prefer the straps on the backpack but not sure those would convert over to the sling. Still the bag is what I wanted a minimalistic design that travels easily to coffee shops, bars and wherever I might travel and want my camera, iPad and goodies with me. The photos show an a7iii fitting easily in the bag; I question that. At least with an iPad, although they show one in the photo of what fits. I don’t have one yet so I can’t say for sure.
My PD everyday backpack survived the last downpour. I mean I did try to squeeze it in the Atlas bag I got fro you but nope. haha! Anyway, the PD everyday backpack as become a cool father photography/diaper back when I'm out strolling my son around town.
