I have the 3L in thinking about upgrading to the 6L or maybe even the every day backpack, which may be overkill for me. The 3l suited me for years, but I think I’m out growing it.
@@dreamdisturber You are welcome. I didn't because I did research before buying a backpack and a friend of mine has it. It is simply bad solution for gear. Although it is nice looking, I'd stick to messenger type bags with PD.
To be clear, the "clasp" is not actually a locking mechanism. It is an easy-grab finger hold. The buckle operates as any other adjustment buckle does. When its under load, it is designed not to slip. When there is no load, you can move it regardless of where the "clasp" is positioned. Its made to allow you to quickly grab the metal look and pull while on the move to reposition the bag. Folding it over just moves the grab-loop out of the way as opposed to "locking".
I had the 3l bag for 3 years now and didnt know about the locking and loosening clasp. It’s always gradually loosening on me when i wear it on my hip. It’s been frustrating and a turn off when i wear it.
3L front pocket is where I just jam a bunch of lens wipes

Careful with that backpack. It is a mess for keeping your gear safe.
@@ArsenijeRadenovic thanks for that info. I hope you didn’t have to learn this the hard way.

I didn’t know that and also thought it was a lock, I did find the bag slipping whilst using.
Great review and appreciate you taking the time to show some different storage configurations, which was very helpful!
Thank you for your feedback, I greatly appreciate it! 🤙

stop it with a paper clip
@@ArsenijeRadenovic haha....i sold it. Someone else can deal with it now.
I got the 3L. I want a smaller bag and I’m a woman.
Thank you for watching and adding to the conversation! I hope your new bag works great for you! Cheers - Jade
It's easy, get both! :)
Lol, that apparently was my exact thinking! 😆
i mostly do photography in NYC. If I wear a sling like that and start to pull a camera out I might get shot before its out
