I love nail art. I'm not a professional nail artist, just self taught. I like all things creative and find doing nail art designs a great tool for expressing this. And hey you get to carry your masterpiece around with to you to admire at anytime!
I use lots of different techniques to complete my looks and don't stick to one theme. I like switching it up for each mani. I like nail stamping the most but I also do decals, reverse/advanced stamping, lead-lighting, foils, water decal and double stamping. Designs with an Asian theme are my favourite even though I haven't done many myself I've admired other people's creations. I range my designs from florals, to geometric, to Aztec to Asian and everything in between!
I never claim originality, my ideas come from lots of different influences.

You can use a plastic bag like a sandwich bag or ziplock if you dont have stampers or silicone mats but great video love this video and just so simple

This is really pretty but I was expecting regular polish as stated in the title. I don’t have the spotted polish.
hi Lisa. I’m sorry you found the title misleading. There are videos on you tube on how to make your own home made spot it type polish that will create cells within your regular polish to achieve a similar effect. I hope you find this useful and are able to create something similar. Have fun and TFW 😁🙋🏻♀️💕
Love fluid art! Beautiful mani 💙 I find a margarine or yogurt container lid works well, but it must be the White plastic, other colours don't peel off very well.
Isn’t fluid nail art fun! I’ve used a takeaway container lid for the one with the butterflies I’ve linked at the end of the video. I find this good for the marble manis. The advantage of the silicon mats I guess is smooshing colours together to get the cells to form. Either way you’ll have fun time and create something unique! TFW hun and have fun creating 😘🙋🏻♀️💕

thanks hun! because gel polish needs to be cured - You would have to pick the gel polish up with a brush to apply to the nail after you made your marble on the mat. Then cure. If you cured the marbled gel on the mat you will run into issues getting it onto the nail. I hope this was helpful. TFW 😁🙋🏻♀️💕

Hi. UV light only works on Gel Polish to make it cure and harden. For regular nail polish you have to let it air dry or use a fast drying top coat like Seche Vite or Poshe Fast drying top coat. I hope this helps 😁🙋🏻♀️💕

Love how this looks! I recently got some spot it but have been struggling a bit with it. I really struggle to put decals on my nails and like the outcome when I do get something...is there a way to do this on the nail with less polish?
thanks hun. You can apply the polish onto a stamper and “smoosh” (dab) the polish onto the nails. I would add some latex or similar around the nails for easy clean up.

Does it matter the type of nail polish used? Suggestions on what to look for in buying the polish? In the US.
Hi hun. You get more ‘cells’ with polishes that are thinner or more fluid. So if you have thicker older polishes maybe don’t use these of you want get the effect. From memory I used Dance legend spot it for this one and that’s the special polish that helps makes the cells appear. You can get other branded ones these days so I would search Fluid nail art polish and see what comes up. I live in New Zealand so I’m not familiar with what’s available in the US but I know you do have a lot more available than I do here. I pretty much have to buy all my ones online.
