Yes I soak in for a day or two if I forget. My media is mainly lava rocks so it’ll be fine

May I ask, when you do water your orchids in a regular fashion (using a hose or sprinklers), for how long do you water them? I've seen so many different viewpoints online and I'm never sure whether I'm spraying mine long enough or not. Thanks!

Vandas, I stay on one minute or until the roots turn green. The rest it depends. I wait to see water come out of the pot.
