Because some people is sadly to stubborn and want to have the prestige for themselves... Personaly i think the USSR played the biggest role against Nazi Germany, but if someone played the biggest role against Japan it was the UK and USA... But it is not the nations we should thank. We should thank the people who sacrifised their lives to save the world from Fascism no matter what the cost. No matter what nation they came from this is the people who need credit, not the nations.
Yes, all the watered down great HOI3 tracks in HOI4 (still better than the original HOI4 ones, those are trash). This one is one of the best of HOI3 too.

Ther Germans left a bloobath, but the Soviet where not much better, and so where the British and the Americans. At some point in war, there is no good or evil left, but struggle, and just the winner will tell who was right and who wrong.
I never said Germany didn't have a superior army, AF and industry. Regardless, the Soviet industry eventualy outmatched the Germans after the relocations. Overall we may leave industry out of the debate. The Russians had no choice but to stand against the fascist invaders. If they didn't? They would live under something far more oppressive than Stalinism. Nazism. And others did it merely out of loyalty to the motherland. Also, the Germans were never left on their own either. Nor am I Russian.

No one diserves to be oppressed by another race.

We faced this for five years from the period of 4th June 1940- 22nd June 1941 we faced..
