I can't do wing eyeliner because my hand is a bit shaky, but I've been doing that blob thing for ages, I just discovered it one day by accident ,think my hand shook and I made the best of it 😁. Still can't get my top liner perfect but I can do a great tightline and teeny flick . My eyes are tiny anyway so eyeliner tends to make them look even smaller cos I'm doing it wrong somehow (hence being here to learn @38 yrs old 😂😂😂)
I suck at makeup but I've always done that so when I saw you doing it I knew I had to subscribe 🤗😍

Love Angie! When I realized that I was coming up on 50, panicked and realized I better figure out a regular skin care routine, I found her. It’s all so confusing, but she broke it down for me without breaking the bank. From there, I could branch out, customize, and experiment now that she showed me the basics and why you need certain things/for what purpose.

I’ feel so proud when I watch all you talented mature women rocking makeup, UA-cam and targeting mature women. Through searching long and hard, I’ve managed to find the ones that fill my needs and brighten my day, and Elle and Hot and Flashy are two of them.
I love Angie. She isn't a makeup artist and doesn't claim any expertise, but she has a background as a graphic artist and is clearly artistically talented. Her dad is a chemist and she is EXTREMELY knowledgeable concerning skin care. I have completely changed my skin care routine because of her and have started religiously wearing sunscreen. I don't really follow her for makeup application, but she gives very thorough reviews and delves into ingredients that are in skincare, explaining what the ingredients mean.
I started putting a heaping tablespoon of powered collagen in my am coffee. After a week my skin is amazing and feels so soft. I too am a Angie fan and have taken tips and products from her. Try the collagen I got it off of Amazon.
I really follow her skin care too!! You know she has a “store” on Amazon that I find really helpful

@JoBisbee I purchased a bottle of powered collagen from Amazon too recently. I also purchased a bottle of MCT oil as well. I purchased both for the purpose of switching to Bulletproof coffee. Which didn't work out for me. I like cream in my coffee too much to make the chance. However, the benefits of adding collagen & MCT into my diet have remained. Two out of three ain't bad right lol?

watching Angie's videos is my new hobby. Now adding Elle to my collection of beauties i love to follow.....as I just have had my 64th birthday. Down the road, I know I will need some surgery -- but for the time being love watching and following your advice! LOL!

I had so much fun following your work! Angie is my MOSTEST FAVORITEST "EVER-EST" Tuber! So great you are giving her tutorial, techniques and channel so much love! Such a hoot to follow this. The blob technique is infamous on her channel and it works so well for a flick. She also has a boink boink boink technique for blush. Will go in direct sun or hot car for the bake/heat test. The woman is peerless! I am going to give you extra points for nails that matched her warm palette. I will return Elle, you snagged another with great personality and such brilliant content! : )

I just love you! I really appreciate that you chose a more mature UA-camr, and you were so respectful and supportive of her. I also use the blob technique with my pencil liner. It's a great way to get a soft wing/flick without the harshness of liquid. I so enjoy the content you bring us and have learned so much from you. You are beautiful inside and out!

I haven’t finished watching this yet (my son keeps interrupting me!) BUT I wanted to say it was good to see you struggle to keep up, this is a constant battle for me when watching make up tutorials. I totally get flustered while I am trying to learn but the video is edited.
I totally understand that you don’t always want to make really long videos but please keep in mind we want to learn and are happy to see you doing the blending, touching up, making a boo boo etc as we will be doing exactly the same thing. Can’t wait to see the rest of the video, thanks for doing this is was a great idea. Hope you are well xx

Yes, I know about the Blob Technique! It is fun to watch you, who I admire and enjoy, following Angies's, another person I admire and enjoy, tutorial. Great video, thank you!
This was fun. You & Angie have different skin types & go for completely opposite finishes in your foundations so it must have been somewhat challenging for you to follow to a tee. Angie uses powder, goes for fuller coverage long wear matte foundations & pore minimizing techniques/products. I doubt anyone can follow a tutorial without tweaking it a bit for best results since we all have different face shapes, eye shapes, & proportioned features.
