@@FXDLSBrooklyn white, i have been neglecting it the past 4 years by just starting it and going around the block or less than that. So just last week i went to start it and fuel just began pouring out the carb air filter, just straight leaking. I quickly took off the carb and opened her up (stock CV jetted) and it was all clogged up with bad fuel and all the pilots/jet were clogged. It was green in there! For years i had a S&S shorty E with the manifold in a box in the attic. Then the sleepless nights began LOL. Then i saw some brand new old stock Vance and Hines that fit the bike,
then the big stock S&S heads, the big bore kit, the fly wheels etc. So now i am in a toss up between a crate 124 S&S or buying the hot kit to make it a 124 upon research on you tube i ran into your build. you have a nice bike bro its definitely an inspiration for me to get up off my behind to go all out on this one, its an 05 buts its my 05 FXDL that was always good to me ZERO problems until i let it go, up until now. So thats what color it is. :)

I am running compensator eliminator from Dark Horse because u will probably eat your stock comp with power upgrade. Little more vibration but not as bad as a solid comp eliminator. Also Dark horse comp is not as hard on your clutch basket and trans as solid(I have run both)

Exactly buddy ridden not hidden. I have a 2019 scorcher orange road king and it is beautiful and my dream bike but it's always covered in bug guts and everyone is like you need to wash it,put it in shows. I ride my bike I don't just park it and stare at it. Ride safe man and stay low yourself sir

Your build is absolutely insane... I've built a couple bad ass dyna's myself, we have very similar styles. I'm in San Francisco, i had no idea how similar the west coast and NY styles actually are. Even the old school style long flames with pinstripes. I built a 2018 sportglide after being on the old school dyna's forever. I absolutely am sold on the new stuff, but I still love the true dyna as well. The 2018 sport glide I built looks very much like a fxrt. Most people have no idea it's a sport glide or even a newer bike for that matter. Did the all white pearl paint and a lot black powder coating. The one advantage I will give to the new bikes is the power of the M8 motor, minimal work down and well over 100hp and major torque numbers. It's been very reliable as well, I've had no issues with the bike.
Definitely some similarities for sure - You don't see many Sport Glides, you still have it?
@@FXDLSBrooklyn I do have it, I plan on keeping it for a long time. Even though I just picked up a 2022 ST which is nice, I actually prefer the sportglide over it. It just feels much more comfortable, seating position and the fxrt fairing on that sport glide blocks the wind so well. I can cruise at 90 and feel almost nothing with that setup.

Badass build!! Love the 124". Got one on my 16 FXDB. Opted for the hot set up Kit instead of the drop in motor. Will definitely love to see where you take her!

@@FXDLSBrooklyn there are two versions of the 124". Either the drop in motor, or a "hot set up kit". The latter is what I chose. It's the same as the crate engine except you KEEP your crankcase, rockerbox covers and it doesn't come with the cam chest plate and oil pump. If you have these, which i did, it saves the added cost. Plus you keep your original HD serial number.
I'd love to sit down and compare builds! We have the same year Dynas too. Mine started as a basic Street Bob though. 😅

STUNNER! This is my dream bike (diff paint job tho ha). I loved my 2016 low rider S. Had it 4 years - sold it to feed the family when Biden killed my start up… plan to get another Dyna low rider s hopefully soon. Very interested in how the wind protection is and the oil cooler works - a must here in Texas. Very happy for you!

Dude one of my favorite bikes the Indian Larry motorcycles has put out lately was the "white devil", it was so "plain" I loved it, that white with the black flames and the red outline is just sick I thought about doing this to my low rider ass but now I can't! LOL!!!!!

This bike is sick man I mean this is a bike I would love to own . I've been watching a lot of your videos and a lot of motorcycle channels and I've been bitten by the Harley bug. I want to get one and learn how to ride probably, then start taken long trips on it. I'm a recovering addict and I believe this would be something that would help occupy my mind. I don't understand the "stay low" logo when you put longer suspension on the bike and you highering it up....but maybe that's just me. I put on my FXDL 2017 14" suspension and and I call it now high rider, not low rider like you...:)
