Getting some good ideas from these videos! I am not bulking but I’m trying to fast intermittently, eating within about a 6 hour window to see if I feel any benefits from it (and also to same money and make my days more efficient). So high calories meals are where I’m at!
I have brought a new blender since this video and that is the best way to get not only calories but nutrients in super quick and easy.

It’s actually really tasty and does fill you up a bit. We have brought a blender now so I am making mega smoothies instead of a shake. 😀

Cut until you are lean enough for you, I would say usually around 10-14% body fat.

If you are new to fitness I would not concern yourself with bulking, focus on working out consistently and eating right.

Maybe a stupid question. But why on earth do you need 4000 kcal? That’s like Chris bumstead olympia prep kcal.
I’m super active, bike every day, walk a lot and workout 5 times a week so need at least 4K to gain weight. I’m sure Chris eat more like 6+k when he’s bulking and probably keeps he’s activity low

Yes, it's not my usual diet. At the time we were living in a one bedroom which only had a microwave so super limited what we could eat and I was working shifts so it looked like this for a month or so.

About 180 but I’m bulking usually about 160 lean
@@PeteOnPurpose you don’t have to but I would recommend to get to at least 160 protein a day you would recover better and feel overall better.

@@PeteOnPurpose do you not like it? There are a lot of great flavors of brands like there’s a chips ahoy an Oreo flavor a cookies and cream flavor from prescience (my favorite is cookies and cream) and the cinnamon toast from ryse I recommend all of them I make oatmeal everyday for breakfast

If I had that I would put on more fat than muscle and I lift compound weights 4-5 times a week. For me a slow bulk would be 25000 calories.

@@PeteOnPurpose I'm skinny fat. If I cut too much I lose muscle and strength and if I bulk too much I put on fat compared to muscle. So I have to be in a tight range for both.
