Rosé tteokbokki is my jew obsession!! 😋🔥❤️ Thank you everyone for watching, sorry I wasn't able to post regular videos like this more often, but please enjoy my shorts too! Love creating shorts with quick easy recipes! 🙌🏼
I love this, and I also love your shorts so much too! The shorts always give me quick ideas for meals. Ordering my gochujang from Amazon! Thank you for the recommendation:)
I love the excitement and colorful personality she and her husband have! Still a favorite of mine to see these two in action.
🥰🥰
I’m so excited that you changed to plant based. I can now cook all your recipes. Thank you 🙏🏽
Hello, I’ve been a silent viewer for years. All the Korean recipes I’ve tried of yours are an easy success and I know you work really hard in creating those recipes. So this is what I have to say. People will always have something to say, you don’t need to reply to every negative comment or even worry about it. Just keep doing what you love. And we all love you and Jacob ❤️🌹❤️🥰
I love seeing Jacob eat everything she cooks. He has such a good appreciation of her and her cooking skills. :)
That looks so good! I love how Jacob got the napkin for you so fast ❤️ thank you for the recipe!
I just made this. I substituted whole milk for the oat milk, added little heavy cream, didn’t add any yeast (or cheese), and finished it off with a dash of Samyang’s Buldark Hot Sauce.
It is so freaking good!! I love the texture and creaminess of it all. It’s spicy, but not so much you can’t taste any flavor. And is super filling!!
The only thing I will do next time is cook the glass noodles for less time because I think I over cooked them.
This has been one of my favorite channels ever for years, and we love seeing Jacob, and we love seeing your new happy healthy fulfilling life, and we love your switch to better food choices, and thank you 💚
Yay! Thanks for making this! I'm lactose intolerant and could never find a vegan recipe! So excited to try this! Thanks for sharing your recipe!
There are also lactose free milk, cream and cheese...😊
@@melisgurkan8982 thanks! I can't always find them near me. I still have to be careful not to overdo lactose free sometimes as too much dairy is hit or miss for me. 😅 but good option to keep in mind! Appreciating the options!
@@mwyoung07 I drink oat milk, it lasts longer than traditional milk
Silent viewer here speaking up! I always love seeing Jacob in your vids :D
🥳🥳🥰
I actually make this pasta where I sautee onions then add tomato paste and gochujang 😅 then I add water and pasta and lo and behold a sweet, spicy, savoury one pot pasta 😋😋😋 very customisable too
I miss her saying “cooking at hoooooooooome.” Hawaii has changed her, just kidding, she and her husband still rock 👊🏻.
Amazing! Love seeing you both on here!
You guys look great!! This meal looks delicious
So delicious dish. Perfect for family dinner.
I read Rosé and was waiting for the red wine 😊 Those textures are dreamy. Comforting ❤️
It's good to see you back ☺ Let your personality grow, you're famous just shine! Cheers Nat from Aus x
Heyyy I like seeing Jacob enjoy your food at the end! Idk who’s complaining bout that but they must be lonely! lol
Thank you so much , I just love all Korean food it’s flavourable and healthy mmmmm ❤
I love your longer videos, reminds me of the old days. Love your personality and your husbands too! You guys make an awesome team.
Looks very delicious, love it! ☺️
That looks amazing! Bookmarked for future trying!
Thanks that recipe looks so yummy… make me hungry already! 🤤
This looks wonderful! Will definitely try!!! 👍
I Love how you use healthier substitutes for lots of wellloved traditional recipes.
Just came across this video and am glad I did, I've been a silent fan for some time, and really enjoy watching you, your mom, and Jacob cook together. I was in Oahu a few weeks ago with my partner and thought, wouldn't it be fun to run into Seonkyoung Longest at H-Mart. I'm from Seattle, and have used several of your recipes and have enjoyed them thoroughly. Don't mind the haters! You have a following that loves you and are with you every step of the way.
Hehehe this was the cutest video ever. And Seonkyoung Longest(님) did such a fantastic fabulous job in explaining how to make the rose ddeok bokki in an easy way for us. Jacob and Seonkyoung are the cutest couple- 복많이 받으세요 ^^
Your husband looks great with the weight loss, esp with your amazing plant-based meals🥰
Yummm!!! 😍😋😍
Thank you for this recipe!! I’ll try it and like it for sure!!! ❤️❤️❤️
YUMMMMM YESSSSSSSSS PLEASE LOOKS SOOOOOOOO SOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS, LOOOOOOOVE YOU AND JACOB
This recipe sounds really nice. I have only tasted Tteokbokki once so far, but never made it myself. I also think Aburaage as a replacement for fish cake is a really cool idea, as I am not a fan of fish cake. I will definitely try this out! Thank you very much for always sharing such nice recipes. I love to watch them.
🥰🥰🥰
Going to look for that gochujang I’m so excited to make this, it looks delicious!
Thanks for the recipe 👍🏻
Can't wait to make this!! Looks so delicious!
i love asian cooking, so you all please stay safe from the Corona Virus and many greetings from Brunswick in Germany :)
I made this today after watching it with my daughters last night. It is absolutely delicious!!!!! Simple ingredients but so delicious! We love it!
This looks soooo good!!
Chinese wide glass noodles changed my life. Really.
Looks amazing!! Will definitely make this soon :) thanks for another great recipe
I tried this recipe because I don’t like tteokbokki or rice noodle I use spaghetti noodles instead. My goodness it’s delicious e I can’t stop eating it 😂. Thank you very much for sharing it with us. God Bless!!
The meal looks delicious! And you and your husband are so cute together🥰
Mm! Wow, it looks so saucy and delicious. I am so hungry right now after watching this video. Also, why would someone say you guys are divorced? What brought that on? I'm pretty sure you mention Jacob and/or your life as a married couple almost every video. In any case, very happy to see this recipe, I am probably going to have trouble finding those wide rice noodles but I'll keep an eye out! I'm going to try it no matter what and improvise if I can't find everything in the recipe. ❤️
Looks great! Now I need to find those noodles. Btw, I love when Jacob comes on to eat with you.
Man, definitely going to try this!
Happy to see a happy couple 💗🥰🌸 you’re so beautiful Seonkyoung!
This looks so yummy
More like THUMBS UP the video if you like the videos of the whole fam eating together! Well too bad the fur babies can’t lol
I have never been disappointed with any of your recipes/ suggestions 😋 I ❤️ you
Love you more! 😘❤️

I’m doing it next weekend, it looks so delicious 🤤, thanks for the recipe
Yum!
I'm starving now 🤣 this looks SO good!!!💕💕
This was an amazing recipe and I love that it was plant based and easy to make. 💚
I absolutely love this recipe!! Thank God I live near HMart. Love to watch you guys.
Looks like a great way to spend an afternoon! Enjoy the food!
I guess I dreamed that your recipe had tomato paste getting sautéed with the gochujang but I add it every time and it’s delicious
Asian at hoooooome……. I love both of you on camera
This looks amazing! I love all of the recipes you share!
🥰🥰🥰
Will be trying this tomorrow. I can't eat super spicy food so I will definitely reduce the gochujang and gochujaru when I cook it. Hope my friends like it 😁
Looks delicious 😋👌🏼
선경님 만드신 떡볶이 먹어 보고 싶네요
How i wish i’ll be your assistand in cooking so i could taste it all
You're the best. I especially like your chicken chow mein. Shrimp Scampi is awe some too. I am 75 years old . My wife of 40 years left me a while ago. I am now a true empty nester. I hope you write a recipe book some time. I would happily come to a book signing.
You look very fresh...
You're my fave
Gorgeous!!
any substitute for the mushroom seasoning/veggie buillon? do we need it at all?
I love the receipe . I will cook the same. But u forgot the extra chilli oil😭
Wondering if you can suggest a vegetarian gochujang? 🙏
Can’t wait to try this! Are there any alternatives for the nutritional yeast? (Vegan/non-vegan cheese? Miso?)
You can leave it out or use real cheese 😋
Hi, I love your channel. I'm a nutritionist and feel it's really important you know, when one sees charring in cooking it changes the chemical compound of meats which makes them cancerous for humans. Please try to use marinades (which protect somewhat) the meat, fish and even some starches, from charring. Please don't promote eating charring from pot bottoms and foods too often and find ways to make it tasty by adding water, chile oils, pastes, creams, butters, etc. It cuts risks and is safer. XO
Oooh this looks so tasty!!😍 I’ll have to try this. I don’t really cook plant-based but I’m always up for trying!
🥳🙌🏼
Can regular milk be used?
If only it was lower in carbs. Looks delicious
Do you have a regular version using cheese and cows milk?
Among the food culture of Korea, special things that distinguish it from the food culture of other countries. //
1. Perfect vegan food represented by Korean Buddhist temple food
2. An endless variety of soup dishes
3. Kimchi: Vegetables fermented with animal protein represented by cabbage kimchi. In the past, only Koreans made and ate it. There are over 800 types of kimchi.
4. Jeotgal: A fermented animal-based sauce made from seafood. In Korea, there are more than 140 different types of salted fish.
5. Ssam: It means wrapping all the ingredients you want to eat in various leafy vegetables represented by lettuce. However, unlike burritos, you have to swallow them in one bite, so you need to adjust the amount of ingredients to be wrapped appropriately.
6. Herbal Medicine Ingredients : Herbal medicine ingredients are not only eaten for special diseases or health, but are also often used for general home cooking. For example, as ingredients for Samgye-tang, Mulberry, Tree Aralia, Eleutherococcus Sessiliflorus, Mongolian Milkvetch, Korean Angelica, Ginger, Jujube and Korean Ginseng are used.
7. Namul : South Korea is the country that eats the most dishes made with only vegetables without meat and seafood protein. Namul are foods made with one edible plant as the main ingredient. Examples of the types of Namul include Shepherd's Purse, Stringy Stonecrop, Korean Angelica-tree, Korean Wild Chive, Butterbur, Bracken, Doellingeria Scabra, Bamboo Shoot, Chamnamul and Cirsium Setidens.
// Etc... Korea shows a distinctly different food culture from neighboring countries in Far East Asia (China, Mongolia, Vietnam, Japan).
so many vegans, as I have been intermittently, eat beans such as chickpeas, lentils, etc. Do you ever use them in your recipes? do you eat them?
And I love your videos!! Such wonderful, beautiful sunshine in my day!!
I do eat them, but I've never been a fan of beans so I don't cook with them that often 😅 lol I should eat them more often though!
Yummmy!!!
I was wondering where, I think the cuties name was Bandit..idk...is?
If you do not mind me asking..I love all your beautiful little pets!!
I do not have any social media, so I am so sorry if you posted on there.
This is so good and so easy to make. My family likes it. Inspired by your cooking a lot. Thank you
Omg Jacob. You lost a lot of weight!! Looking good.
It also works with normal cream right?
Yes
로제떡볶이 먹어보지도 않았는데 비건버전부터 보는 나..
Looks so good!!
What a lucky husband!
Never see that kind of gochujang, only ones with red packaging
It's usually in the fridge section
@@SeonkyoungLongest oh seems like not available in my country
❤️
I LOVE THAT YOU ARE VEGAN NOW. Amazing. Love your plant-based recipes :)
😋😋👏👏👍👍👍👍👍👍Tteokbokki
*reads "tteokbokki' in the title* *has to click*
😂🔥👍🏼
😄😄😄😄👍👍👍👍
So brave of you to be simmering a gochujang based sauce in a white tshirt 🥲
😅😅😅
is it just me the portions of the ingredients in the description are very off? 2oz of noodles? google says it’s 56grams. it looks like way more in the video. i added 200grams and it was just right. one onion? bro was her onion the size of a head? the amount she used looked like my 5 onions. also 5 tablespoons of gochujang? it looked like she added less, i added 5 and it’s too much
First…10 seconds of her cutting while looking at the camera..
Interesting. Are you vegan?
she is ~!
I I hate the music in the background. I want to hear you and the food that's it
did you guys go vegan?
Omg you’re so skinny now.
eating RICE cake, NOODLE, TOFU at the same time!!! +plus milk disgusting 🤮
This looks sooo good!!
