Thanks for sharing the recipe! Now I can make me some of that tteokbokki. Thought it was just heavy cream and cheese and gochugaru and gochijang but didn't realize the curry powder went in. Looks yummy!
I've always thought it was either gochujang and cream / and tomato sauce and cream. I've seen it made two ways and Im confused which is the correct one lol.
@@nm2do original version consist of gochujang. It's my 1st time hearing about the tomato version you mentioned.

I just love how you cook what you want to eat. When I saw the sausages with the onions and the thinly sliced meat, I was yummy cause I like it simple. Then you leveled it up, I was oh yeah! Yuuummmy! Seeing you eat it and despite it being hot, you chow it. I'm always impressed🥰❤

Es que en si en sus comidas casi nunca tiene pan o azúcar, son muy variadas a comparación que la de nosotros por ejemplo para un mexicano es casi de ley que comemos tortillas, masa o pan todos los días uno de esos.

Очень хочется дома самой такой приготовить розовый соус, но не понятно-важный это ингредиент или нет( желтый порошок)

@@duck-tective6141 this dish doesn't need salt! its a rather sweet and savory dish. Not all dishes need salt to enhance the flavor I suppose ^^
@@duck-tective6141 you don't need a lot of salt if you use spice this is a rule in kitchen, spices give the flavours, salt amplify it. Salt is no good for your health while chilly is very good for veins and arteries.
난 영어를 못해서 번역이 필요하겠지만 한국의 로제떡볶이 맛을 내기 위해서는 소금이 필요하다. 나는 식당에서 파는 맛을 내기위해 여기에 치킨스톡이나 양파파우더를 따로 추가하고, 첫번째로 토마토소스를 기름에 볶는 과정을 추가한다.
1. 기름에 토마토 소스와 베이컨을 볶아준다.
2. 생크림, 우유, 물을 0.5:1:1 비율로 넣어준다.
3. 고추장 반스푼, 간장 한스푼, 고춧가루 한스푼, 설탕 한스푼, 올리고당 한스푼, 카레가루 반스푼, 양파 파우더 를 4번 정도 톡톡 뿌려준다
.치킨스톡을 후첨해도 되지만 치킨스톡은 간이 되어있으니 간을 보고 넣길 바랍니다. 치킨스톡이 없으면 소금으로 간을 하세요.
4.맛있게 먹으면 끝

Everything looked so delicious. You're so good at making sauces for your dishes. The pickled radish you have, is it spicy like the round radishes you can get? The round one's are the only kind I see here in the US. Jjajang is taking it easy today, lazy day for me. Too cold to do much and my energy hasn't kicked in yet. lol. Sleep well Hamzy since it's late there for you and morning for me.
