Just finished this series and i gotta say honestly you guys are a true inspiration. Its cool seeing youngsters pay such attention to detail. Far better than half the shops out here in socal. Id go to you guys before i went to a big name shop. Keep up with the videos, i think you guys are into something big. From 2k subs at the start of the f150 playlist to 12k now. Pretty badass!
I know this is a old video. Just doing some quarantine rewatch. But just a little FYI. If you get a 5/64 drill bit and drill out the spray nozzle cup in the regular purple harbor garbage spray gun. You can use the top load spray gun for high build primer. Did it on my harbor garbage gun and it works perfect
As someone whos done body and paint all their life I'm super impressed for a first time job. In the future Id recommend single stage on something like an offroad truck. Generally is a little more durable, Additionally if you single stage then let it dry, sand it with like 600 or 800 and clear it you'll have a super durable and shiny paint job. Single stage is also much easier to sand/buff. But great job guys!

Turned out good. Is their any reason you guy used white, or just cuz it was white before.
Kept it white to match my daily, same oxford white. Its going to eventually have a livery over the top of a portion of it as well so this is acting as a base color

Its all Autofab fiberglass for the truck, its their "vessel" style stuff!

The problem with the pressure fed not gravity feed can be got round, cut the inner tube back add a flexible tube with a nut slid over the end by half inch hold it on with a zip tie, make sure the tube reach's to the edge of the container when tipped

only thing I saw you should have done differently is after the primer was down, you needed to un-tape it. Because you were letting it harden so you could sand it. Leaving the hardened primer tape to stay on than painting and clearing over it you ran the risk of pealing up the edges.

Solid paint job guys. That front piece around the wipers is called a "wiper cowl panel" for what it's worth.
