Could you do a video in depth about root smudging and root tap but about picking the right color. I’ve always heard color does not lift color but I’ve seen videos where the do the roots a level 6/7 on level 3/4 hair and it leaves me confused lol
Cosmo student here, hope i can be of some help. Doing a root color lighter than their natural color is alright if they have virgin roots. Those virgin roots will lift with a permanent cream color. If the roots are not virgin and are artificial color than they wouldn't take the lighter color at all.

Yes same . I've been hairstyling for 22 years . A good balayage should look seamless straight . Curls can hide alot of imperfections. I'm not saying at all this was bad but straight it wasn't 100% seamless . But still looked great curled .

Take thin slices or weaves it helps a lot to get a nice blend

I have my “ ombré” and it’s grown out for about a year already I only got 1/4 of it left and the rest of my hair is Virgin hair. I wanted a complete ombré look but I really don’t trust the salons in my area. What should I look out for when trying a new salon

Thank you! What helps me is always deep conditioning my my clients after the bleach also instead of getting a brush and Detangling I use my fingers and just started loosing the hair up :) hope this helps!

You said you’ve been foiling for 2 hours. So is it ok to leave the bleach on for that long as it was sitting on the back of her head all this time? I’m not critiquing, it’s a genuine question :)
When I’m done foiling the front I start taking the back out with a wet damp towel. You just have to keep checking the fools to see how she is lifting.

CountRegis You use. Lower developer on the back and bump it up when you get to the sides and top.
Whenever you start with a low developer it’s ok all that time. It just lighten slower than the area with 30 vol . In this clips nit every step of the way it’s shown
