neil diamond is so underrated as a song writer, and this is a great song, by both chris and of course, Neil.

I agree. I worked for Neil for six months. He was pretty low key to be fair. He wrote so many amazing songs. I think, despite his huge success, he was still underrated full stop

I could listen to this song a million times a day. I love sitting on my porch smoking a dube in the nocturnal air and I can't help but sing this song at the top of my lungs.

The first time I saw Chris Isaak play was at a small little place in LA - maybe 20 or 30 people capacity is all (the Anti-club?) He was absolutely mesmerizing. Still is. He covers this one well. Just can't get enough of him, but ya gotta be in the mood or he'll wreck ya.

Yes I know it´s his song. But Cash´s version sounds a lot like Chris Isaac, that´s what I mean. I think Rubin didn´t think Diamond´s version but Isaac. You agree? Maybe both but I think they copied Isaac. Also Ville Valo of HIM must be Chris fan too, because they covered Wicked Game and Solitary Man. First one really well!

Yea I loved Wicked Game Album and Blue Spanish Sky is one of my favorite shower songs, I am looking for a female back up singer for a duo shower band, I may not have as cool hair as Chris or sing as well but I am not too far behind? I've always called him The World's Prettiest Mopey Man. The looks of Ricky Nelson and the voice of Roy Orbison, a powerful combination. He was also hilarious between songs at live concerts.
