This reminds me of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III: The Manhattan Project. Even though the story and concept of the two games are quite different, stylistically, this looks and sounds alot like TMNT III. Konami developed both games, I believe, so it makes sense. I wonder if the same composer(s) were responsible for the music in both games?
