The stang community deserve better than that, don't lie on that cat because he wasn't racing you and couldn't with a car in front of him and you knew it and that's when you speeded off. True stang clubs don't lie on races, we take our defeats along with our wins. Keep the stang club real.

I'm 63 years old and had a 1972 Grand Sport Torino that did 9 sec in the quarter. That was in the early 80's. I would eat these cars alive. A joint venture with Holbrook enterprises. And now many years later I got the itch again. I'm now building a 1957 Ford 300 Custom and hopefully it'll be around 2000 hp. Bring on the Shelby's and HellCats. This will be my last Hoorah👍 in life

Bunch of clueless people here. 10r80 coyote with cams and e85 beats a hellboat all day. Trust me, I know because I used to drive exactly that until I put the hellion twin turbo 66 kit on. Now I daily it and on kill it makes 1250-1300hp.

Best sounding Rev-Matching I've heard out of a muscle car for sure ...straight sinister sounding/you should def look into a flat bottom carbon fiber steering wheel with factory controls built in... Life changing

@user-cf5yw5kf2y, his rev-matching on the downshift is very precise. Try that with a well-balanced engine, with probably a lighter flywheel sometime. If you hit it wrong, you will lock up the back tires. Hit it right, and you're dead in the middle of the powerband.

Dude in the 350 waited til that cat had a car in front of him then want to speed off like he racing a cat when the cat couldn't race him because he was pinned behind a car and couldn't get over to race. I bet he wouldn't race a cat straight up, he will tell you no he's not doing that.

Get the revs past 4k rpm, then take your foot off the gas and get back on it a tiny bit while still decelerating. Should pop as long as you want it to. Does it even bone stock.

Hellcats like to do that, apparently. Had one roll up on me in my C6 Grand Sport, only problem is my C6 makes 1100 hp on E85, 900 on 93. Had maybe 40% E at the time (so maybe right at 1000hp), but I put a super walmart gap on that guy in no time. He must have thought I was a stock C6. Most cars don't mess with the C6 GS, just Hellcats and oddly BMW X3M, X5 or 6M's and the Mercedes AMG suv's. I guess they want to show a Corvette what's up, but it never works. :) Be funny if they thought it's still stock after getting gapped into the next dimension and take it to the dealership to complain they lost to a plain ol' Corvette. Have a 2020 GT Premium PP1 but it's stock, need a TT kit before I'd race anything. Bit slow. :( Still fun, though. Wish I could find Mustang cruises here in the Dallas area, but the roads are terrible. Austin and Houstin have far better roads, but that's a long drive.

i want to buy a gt350 but the only thing that bothers me is the ground clearance. So my question is how often do yall scrape your front fender going up steep drive ways and going over speed bumps???? And can you replace the front fender after scraping it up?
Bro what lmfaoo you should never scrap fender I’ve never scrapped fender in a slammed car unless it’s big ass speed bumps even then MAYBE….the only thing you should worry about is the front lower splitters but if it’s not a 350r you’ll be absolutely fine

Full disclosure, I'm a Ford guy with a built & blown notch and a Gen 1 Lightning. You'll mop the floor with any Challenger through the curves and probably in braking as well if you can drive it right. But can you stay with a Hellcat on the freeway?
