    Definetly agree 3 week minimum. Coming this summer to visit family in Castellamare del gulfo. Pretty much going to all the sites u said, but adding toarmina, favaniagna and santa margareta di belice. (Moms town) can't wait! Calanica resort is great in Cefalù. Matteo is the best!
